Subway — Restaurant in Brockton

I visited this subway on Oak St. and feel compelled to leave a review/ complaint. This is probably my last time ordering anything in this particular subway. The male employee on shift (1:46pm) needs to work on his costumer service skills. I saw him give attitude to 3 Cape Verdean speaking ladies. I asked my husband to translate for them since he understands the language, to make things easier for everyone. While he was translating, this employee was rude and disrespectful asking them "for here or to go" in a disrespeful and forceful manner. My husband who is usually very patient and easy going, had to tell him to come down and respect the costumers. The ladies wanter to order the 3rd sandwhich and he told them they needed to go to the end of the line! The costumer after these ladies agreed on his poor costumer servive skills and said the they should finish their order and she would wait. The ladies who walked in here very happily, ended up changing their eat in order to take it home. I dont expect this person to get fired but he needs to be more careful in how he treats the costumers, which are the ones paying his paycheck. He also toasted my wrap and made it bubble. I always order a wrap and know that you guys serve two full scoops of chicken. But for some reason he was serving 2 half scoops of chicken. Anyways, I am avoiding this subway but please teach your employees respect and patience with your customers, so that noone else leaves this place with a sour...

The soda machine is not clean at all! It has mold coming out of every station. We tried filling up with different options and every single soda option had a black mold speck come out of it. Brought it up to the attention of the worker there and he said it was sugar... how is sugar gonna be black??? The sandwiches are lightweight. They low portion everything. The owner also picks and chooses what sandwiches goes on the sale/coupon they mail you. MEANWHILE every other subway let's you choose whatever sandwich you want. A 6 inch BMT and a drink came out to $14! They are just there for the profit and not the customer satisfaction. Worst experience ever. At least the vegetables were fresh. But with how much they put in mind as well...

Besides the fact that both employees were huddled in the left corner eating subs as i walked in not to even realize i was there until after waiting at the counter for five minutes singing along to the music they had playing, they were very rude and had an attitude that i was interrupting them by wanting to order. The dining room was clean kept and had comfortable cushion chairs. They try to put as little on your sub as possible but charge you the most they can get away with. I had ordered the exact same sub here as i did on crescent st. just last week but for some reason they charged me $3.00 more. Would never recommend...
