If I could give this Starbucks located in the Metro market off of W. Capitol Dr. a zero star review I would do it. And Iām one who states, if you donāt have anything nice to say, donāt say anything at all, but I have to say something about this location. When I went in to get a couple things at the Market I thought Iād stop real quick and grab a coffee, when I got there. It said ācome back in 30 minutes, on breakā, that didnāt really upset me. I understand that people need to take breaks. As I was on my way out of the market, I saw two young ladies standing over at the counter. I walked over and asked if they were open and she said āyeah, my breakās over in four minutes if you can come backā, what I shouldāve done was put my groceries in my vehicle and go across the street to the Starbucks location that I always go to, that always gives me excellent service! But I didnāt. I waited around. One of them finally went behind the counter (braided red hair) and I walked up and she continued talking with the other young lady for about 2 to 3 minutes while Iām waiting for my order to be taken finally she addressed me and asked, āwhat would I like.ā I ordered a Vente white chocolate mocha and the told me it would be a couple minutes wait and it would be right up.ā I waited for five minutes and in that time, two other young ladies walked up. They also, I think, ordered a couple of drinks as Iām standing there still waiting the one young lady behind the counter starts to make the two new orders, Iām standing there, they all see me, they all continue to talk about the drama at the metro market (all four work in the building)three minutes later maybe five the young lady who took my order asked me āare you waiting for a drink maāamā (and let me remind you⦠Iām the only customer there besides the three other coworkers that work in the building, And she just took my order, Did she forget she never made it?) I said yes, Politely, a Vente white chocolate mocha, at that time she went to make my drink, and I have to say I was so excited to have my white Chocolate mocha, and as I took my first sip ugh!!! š£ It was disgusting. I didnāt say anything. I just continued to walk away and decided Iām never ever going back to that Starbucks again and what a waste of money and my time. Warningā¦just go across the street, trust me! Just awful! ...
