I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN. Okay so, my mom ordered pizza for us at 5-5:30 ish. And I get home from work a little after six, the same time as the dominos delivery driver arrives. We do the transaction, but my mom noticed a pizza is missing, so the driver is like, “I’m SO sorry. I’ve got a few more deliveries to make, then I will be back with your pizza.” Okay fine whatever. A little annoying but fine. So like ten minutes later, the store calls us to confirm the pizza type & they’re like, “it’s going to be a bit, we have other orders. Do you still want it?” .... yes. We paid for it. Then an hour goes by. No pizza. We call the store. They didn’t even make it yet and don’t know what the order is or where it is, etc. so I’m like, “I’ll go up there for you and sit at the window until I get it.” I go there, and I tell them I’m picking this up. So within like twenty minutes, I have three different people ask me what I am picking up, my name, and my address. .... k. They still haven’t started making it. I get told they are going to start right away. By now, a couple of cars are behind me. It’s been two and a half hours. Then, another woman comes to the window to ask me what I’m picking up. I tell her, and I ask if they’ve started making it. She says quietly, “... I don’t think so...” I’m just like, “make it now. It’s been three hours. I’m not leaving here until I get this food that you somehow keep forgetting and I ordered three hours ago.” And she’s like okay, and she gets a manager. Then the first girl who said she would make it right away comes and asks me to move because I’ve got seven cars behind me. I tell her no. And she says, “you have to, there’s seven cars-“ “What if I don’t? What if I don’t move until you give me what I asked for three hours ago, and was told five times now it was being made when it wasn’t.” She says, “then I’ll have to call the police.” Me: “Okay! Great! Call the police. (:” She calls over an assistant manager. The manager is asking me what I ordered, realized she talked to my mom on the phone, and says the pizza is in the oven and it would be six minutes. I finally comply and pull off to the side. This Domino's thinks it's normal business practices to allow customers to order $87 worth of food, take the payment IMMEDIATELY, then call to tell you they "don't have any chicken" which was/on 90% of our order. And I might would've let that slide (even tho I think it's LUDACRIS to have menu items available for order, but you can't manage to keep the food inventory to complete orders) BUT they took my money from my debit card for said transaction on FRIDAY....it's now TUESDAY, and not only did I NOT get my order/any food, but I'm STILL waiting for my refund. Why take the money when y'all don't even know what food you have in stock 😒? Why not COMPLETE the order THEN take payment so this doesn't happen to others like me? You worried about not getting paid??? IMAGINE THAT! I didn't get any food OR my money back 🤬 absolute RIP OFF! Close the doors if y'all can't manage inventory!!! A fast food restaurant with NO FOOD IS USELESS!!! Especially when you'll shamelessly take payment, and NOT have the food on hand. I asked if they had large dough and they said yeah they had large dough. Manager in the back sounded like she had an attitiude and she didn’t even want to come up when the employee asked her about it. I mean why not just gone ahead and make the pizzas in a large if you run out of medium dough? You might have had a few dollars loss in difference, if that, but still have had happy customers instead of wasting peoples time.
