Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Brookings Township

If I was just rating the pizza, I would go with 3 stars. Not the best I have ever had but not the worst. If I was rating delivery speed I might even go up to 4, they are usually pretty quick. But this rating is about customer service, really poor customer service. I love Papa John's but today it was awful. I ordered extra cheese and the Chicken bites chicken Parmesan. They gave me sausage pizza then said I ordered it. Obviously Papa John's is amazing, but the people who run this place are great. When my wife was pregnant, we ate here twice a week. Yes, I gained sympathy weight. The owners would recognize us and knew what we liked to order. They were always friendly and consistently had great service....
