Starbucks — Restaurant in Brookings

Stopped for a Mocha and waited close to 30 minutes and there were three baristas working the place and it just seems there is to much chit chatting and not enough pouring coffee. This is also the first Starbucks I have ever been to where more then three times now I have not been able to get a simple mocha espresso because the espresso machine was down.......Making espresso is it's business.....is there not a backup machine or a repair person on call or something? I have never been to Dutch Bros and been told the espresso machine is down.....I prefer the Starbucks espresso but I might have to go to Dutch Bros more.....

Update: This place is a complete JOKE! Once again under staffed during busiest coffee buying time of day. Starbucks needs to close this franchise. Line for coffee has 19 people waiting to order and barrista is behind while 10 people wait for drinks. One employee running the whole operation. This is happening on a regular basis now. Avoid...

This particular store was inside the Fred Myer store and they were very slow & they had 3 people working in the Starbucks area & the person making my drink which was a caramel macchiato, didn’t put the shots in on top of the drink, she put the cup under the dispenser which makes the espresso shots drizzle slowly into the cup instead of correctly, quickly pouring the shots in!
