Unfortunately I received the poorest service! An online order SHOULD be ready at the time THEY post. I waited to pick up at driveup window 10 min. No cars moved. I went inside, 6 people in line. 5min. NO PICK UP WINDOW inside. Back to my car to wait in the drive up line. 1 car moved. Wait 7 min. Leave line to go back inside. I've now been looking for my on line order for 23 min. No employees are visible inside. One shows up.. I'm told my sandwiches will NOW be made. Wait in my car...10 min. STILL NO GOOD. I go back inside...sandwiches half made, employee in back restocking sandwich items. Wait...another 4 min. No SORRY for my inconvenience and their f-up. They serviced all in person orders and ignored on line orders. This is the third time this store has messed up our order. No sorry. No anything..just some attitude about my obvious, but not over the top frustration for waiting almost 30 min.
I'll be returning my dinner in the morning for a full refund and go hungry...

Find the energy I have to get back up and go back to correct the situation as they act so cavalier about it and then still do not put everything you asked for in the sandwich being too exhausted you have to stay home and work with what you’ve got and not for what you paid for makes me really sad and disappointed on a place that I chose over any other place in town to eat with my health issues and for the employees still not to listen to what we’re supposed to be in my sandwich for the second time. Will not be my first choice again and that makes me sad for me and my family that I’ve lived here a really long time...
Read moreI went in for a sandwich which was not that hard to make spicy Italian on their menu but they ended up giving me a chicken sandwich Upon returning to get my second sandwich to replace the original one they happened to tell me that they were going to cross and which correctly but nobody told them but that one was supposed to be remade but they remade it anyway mind you they made it wrong again didn't toast it I called back again to let them know their mistakes and all I got was an attitude from there supervisor it was actually 4:18 January XI supervisor says she see no sense in remaking another sandwich even though she remade the one that was wrong in the first place what do you know she gave me attitude I said that I needed to speak with her manager she would help me figure out where to go from there see what they say tomorrow I will be blogging on here as...
