This Chipotle has really gone downhill....they messed up 4 mobile orders for my friends and I, after having waited for literally 35 minutes past the pick up time. The orders were all either missing several toppings, or just absolutely not correct. My boyfriend ordered a burrito and they slapped the burrito sticker on a bowl, put the wrong ingredients in and called it a day. There's always some lady in there yelling at the customers for not mentioning they want chips until they reach the cash register or for sitting when there's no signs indicating you can't eat inside. One time I was in there waiting in line and she very rudely told all of us in line that we all had to wait because she had to make her son's burrito. It's not our fault the employee making the orders didn't make her son's burrito, which is what I am guessing happened. I don't even understand what she needed to yell at us for in that situation, no one would have been upset at her. The girl at the cash register also had the most sour expression on her face that I had ever seen and was so impatient when I tried to use a coupon. Read moreIt’s hard for a chipotle to be bad. This one find a way to do it perfectly time and time again. You don’t know what you’ll get out of your pickup order. Either the portions are terrible, food is cold, ingredients I’m allergic to are found in my food I did not ask for, or they flat out leave something out of the order. Most recently, when ordering a large group order, over $30 worth of items were missing. (I should have opened the box to check before leaving, something I could have caught). This isn’t the first time this has happened.
I speak for many of my peers when I say that their hours are never consistent. The ones posted online and the ones posted on their front door are never accurate. They close for hours in the middle of the day as if most of BU doesn’t want chipotle for lunch. Their employees work hard, some of them students, and I understand that it can be very difficult to deal with some of the BU community (shoutout to you guys), but it’s time to be better.
I’m not exactly a burrito connoisseur but when one works at chipotle, I’d think they’d at least know how to roll a burrito into…. a burrito.

Read moreThe staff of commonwealth Chipotle store is extremely rude. We have faced this twice at the same store. They do not even fill the bowl properly and keep spilling your food on the counter. If you ask them to fill more, they will reply rudely. My friend asked two questions about chicken sides: Is it chargeable? Staff said yes What is the charge? He replied I am not here to answer your questions, I have a lot of work to do.
After that, we waited for 10 minutes on the billing counter but nobody came to bill. When we asked about it, he mentioned can't you wait, I am busy. This is how they all reply to you. This has happened with other customers as well. I checked the reviews on Yelp. I have mentioned the whole scenario in short sentences but a lot happened yesterday. While eating, I found a meat piece in my bowl which I saw for the first time in the bowl. And I am a vegetarian. We didn't ask them to add any meat piece in our bowl. P.S. - The male staff who are there near the closing time are super rude. Have never faced such behaviour in other outlets...
