No one should ever have to wait 2 hours for fast food. I always have so much patience with the food industry because I know how stressful it can get and how awful customers can be. This is just unfortunately, an experience I'm having a hard time letting go.
After 45 minutes of waiting it was getting irritating but my party and I were still patient and understanding. A few parties who had ordered before us, went up and asked about their orders to which they were told no longer in the system, and nothing else. My party asked as well as was told the same thing. We weren't getting help or explanations other than "they go away after 45 minutes" either way, we offered to write what we ordered on a piece of paper and they could make from there. We were told this was fine. Another 45 minutes goes by and we ask again where our order is, we were told again that it is not being made, despite writing it down and addressing the initial issue. An employee then offered to make our order, despite the rest saying they wouldn't. I was originally very grateful for this however while watching her do this, she left the station multiple times, was at the food station holding her phone (wearing gloves) and then touching the food. When we kindly asked her to not be on her phone, emphasizing that we have been waiting for two hours, she screamed at us at the top of her lungs.

Came here for a quick bite after my flight and foolishly did not check for any reviews... Huge mistake. Made my order on the kiosk and patiently waited at a booth... And waited... And waited... After waiting at least five times longer than I've waited for ANY FAST FOOD IN MY LIVE, I got up asked for a refund, was told they could not issue it and to talk to my credit card company (seriously?!?!), and I left.
There is NO reason ANY Taco Bell order should take an hour; ZERO! We made a simple order of a power bowl and two items plus a drink.
Given this is a such a central location AND one of the handful of Taco Bell Cantinas, the management here should be ashamed and frankly fired. The owner allowing this to continue warrants Taco Bell terminating their franchise agreement. It is this serious and I don't make these types of claims lightly. I'm looking at reviews here and they go back several months! Seriously though, what kind of business are you running if you are literally making less sales in the form of slow service,l and angry customers. And I can't imagine how much they are costing themselves in credit card disputes!!
This one is going in my record book for dismal experiences, and that is a mighty feat for this 40+ year old...

I ordered my food through the app yesterday around 1:45 pm for it to be ready at 2. I arrived at 2 and stood around waiting for half an hour, and then spoke up as I had an appointment I needed to leave for in a few minutes. They told me that my order was on the list but not how much longer it would take. I asked if I could cancel it as I really needed to go, and they told me I could cancel in the app. So I left, walked half a block, and noticed that that was not possible, so I turned around only to then be told that I actually needed to call customer service. I left again, went to my appointment, and found that Taco Bell doesn’t even have a customer service phone line listed on their website! I've submitted a message through their online form and am still waiting on a refund.
I don’t blame the staff as they were quite obviously understaffed and overworked, but Taco Bell needs to overhaul their ordering systems and let people know how long their order is really going to take. And maybe think twice about opening a new location in a busy take-out oriented college locale if they can’t handle it.
