Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

Somehow inconsistent experiences even though it is a newer one. You never know if they will put what you ordered in the box anymore. Canes used to be above the rest with consistentcy but I see now that it's going down hill. Also the chicken (pictured last) has gotten smaller. ☹️

**In response to the owner message. I've made my preferences clear with the emails recieved that I prefer through email is the best way to reach me, yet I've had 2 people try to call me. To whom it may concern, the mistakes made at the Brooklyn park raising canes location were that my husbands extra sauce was missing even though our order with that detail was repeated back to us at the drive thru speaker but still was messed up and this has happened again a lot before this at this location. We've had a big mistake also from this location where my husband was charged for a caniac combo price but recieved only 4 fingers which is a box combo and we were given a free box combo to rectify it but again, it was a big mistake somebody dropped the ball on. Also the pop machine was down when I went after it being a long time since I've been to raising canes and was the only reason I picked raising canes over the rest that night is because I prefer the pop and how it tastes. Your combo meals say fountain drink included. It doesn't make it worth the trip to canes if you can't even get what's advertised on the combo meal. We've already had enough mistakes with canes in general, i hope it gets better but we are taking a break from it until that happens. Thanks. Drive thur line was efficient. However, when ordering the person taking my order was rude, I was rushed though my order, and had to repeat my order multiple times. then had to request that they read it back to me as they rushed straight to the total. The person at the first window was nice, efficient and repeated my order perfectly. The person at the second window was rude rushed me though, and handed me the wrong food. I asked for a three finger combo with no breading on the chicken and No Toast Extra Fries due to an allergy however I got chicken with breading and toast in my order. I parked and went into the store where I was met with rude stares from drive thur crew members. I explained to the person at the front counter that I had received the wrong order and she apologized and offered to correct it. While waiting I saw that the store looked organized and clean however I saw one of the crew members in the kitchen pick his nose and then drop fries without washing his hands. I continued to get annoyed stares as the crew accused each other of screwing up and yelling across the kitchen to get the order fixed. When the General Manager came to the front and he was attentive to me. When I explained the situation again he rushed to the kitchen to fix the problem and gave it to me in a quick manner. Food was good, one of the chicken fingers seemed too small but overall fine. Drink was great and made correctly the first time. I’ve visited a lot of canes for years and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with 1 extra canes sauce she thought I said 2 and asked me if I wanted to I said no just one and extra toast and fries. I received my order in the drive through was charged for and got 2 canes sauce the bag and box it came in was freezing cold like it was sitting in a freezer, I then opened and checked the box and I tasted one fry and it wasn’t even cooked all the way, I let the girl at the drive thru know that my food was cold and she said just the fries? I said no everything is cold even the container.. the sandwich the bread everything. She then takes it back and gives me new food. When I got my new food it was even worse and now water was literally in the box (shown in picture) my bread was soggy tasted like soap and made me want to throw up and the bun of my sandwich was cut in half?? I order the same thing every time and it has never been cut in half.. the lettuce was expired like it came out of a dumpster.. the top fries were hot but still tasted undercooked but the rest was still cold and not cooked.
