Wingstop — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

We stopped here tonight for some dinner. Boy was it busy! we were told it was going to be about a 25 minute wait for wings and their guesstimate was spot on. The wings were hot and tasty. I tried the Parmesan Garlic and Louisiana dry rub. The parmesan garlic wings were perfectly seasoned. If you are a fan of garlic...this one is for you. The Louisiana dry rub was good but i would have liked more seasoning. the flavor was perfect though. the fries we got with the combo were a little on the soggy side but they tasted ok. I would probably just stick with the wings next time.

the service was friendly and you could tell they were trying to manage the orders the best they could. the lobby is super small so there wasn't a lot of room for waiting or for sitting.

Overall the first time here was a positive one and i am sure i will come back. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have more dry rubs (like a buffalo version or...

Giving this Wingstop a 1 star is being very generous. I was visiting my relatives from another state. I decided to stop at Wingsstop to get some Wings before I drive back home. I.ordered a 6 peace HOT, bone in combo meal. The wings were horrible i received six peace bone in wings NOT hot. The wings had water down BBQ sauce NO seasoning the wings were taseless. The fries were cold and there were a lot of flies in the restaurant. ,I should have left when i walked in and saw all the flies. I was so disappointed. I had to drive back home therefore,I tossed the food in the trash it was so nasty I could not eat it while driving home. If you are ever in Brooklyn park mn and you want some good hot wings DO NOT and I mean DO NOT waste your time,this Wingstop...

My friends and I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When our food was handed to us, we double-checked the items and noticed that the wings we ordered had no seasoning. The staff member who gave us the food did not inform us of this issue. We then approached the cashier and explained that our wings were unseasoned. She informed us that the seasoning we requested was out of stock. Our concern was that why did no one informed us they ran out of the seasoning that we wanted. Lucas stepped in to assist us. Informed us the mango habanero just got ready. He was very helpful, confirmed our original order, and ensured we received the correct items.
