I cannot begin to describe how horrible and waste of time and money of experience was here. Firstly, we had made an ahead of time reservation for a TABLE and they stuck us in the smallest dirtiest booth in the back next to a party table of about 40-50 people when there was a free tables open. So there's that. Then our waitress was none to say horrible at her job, she kept walking away from us each time we tried to order, we ordered our appetizers before the drinks and then she proceeded to walk away to give the party table their drinks when they didn't even order first. Then when we finally received our appetizers we still hadn't gotten our drinks, and she handed us a plate with something on it looking like a spoonful of poop. They called that tapinad when it clearly wasn't, or even enough for one single person, them our 10 dollars a piece wines had some nasty white floating in and on our glasses, which took about 30 minutes to get her attention to kindly ask for fresh glasses if you are paying 10 dollars a glass I mean come on. Then, while waited about an hour to order our food the big party of like 40 people had gotten their food AND checks before even taking care of us. Not to mention the table party was of color. We are NOT racist people at all but I feel like the waitress was to us. Then after about an hour of watching the other table being cared for before us, we finally received our food, meanwhile I was getting incredibly sick waiting for a water and had to go outside for fresh air. To come back and find out, I ordered the 8 oz steak medium rare and got the cheaper 6 oz steak way over cooked, and my mom paid for the 8 oz steak and also got 6 oz which was raw and smelled like fish with of course the WRONG SIDES My Dad ordered like the 28 dollar dinner platter with a bunch of Food on it and they even served him the wrong plate. I had to ask for boxes to leave due my sickness and they wouldn't even allow us to get our expensive wines to go even after paying 10-12 dollars a glass for them that we didn't even get to drink! Over all worst experience of my life anywhere ever and that is saying something. Ruined my birthday, wasted our time and 200 dollars down the drain! Think twice before visiting this Carrabba's. I cannot believe we got treated so horribly, and I've never regretted spending so much at Carrabba's for the first time and even tipped good for the horrible racist waitress. Do not go here for food if you expect to pay for something good or decent. Especially their service workers. Photo below is how they serve their "tapinad". We were too scared to eat it because of how it looked. That is not tapinad. Wish I had a phone to of the nasty...

Thia was my first time here. We had a party of 17 for a birthday. Lots of hiccups. The server was really trying his best but we should have had two servers to allow everything to go smoothly. That was not his fault.

One moment worth mentioning... we placed drink orders. A member of our party next to me ordered a different drink than I. Both drinks came out looking the same with the same garnishments. We questioned them because they were supposed to be 2 different drinks. We were told they were what we ordered. We each ordered seconds. This time a totally different drink with no garnishments and salted rims came out with a small froth on top. Again, different from the first cocktails we ordered but the other member of our party again had an identical looking drink when though hers was supposed to be a purple passion drink and mine the Sangria Rita. The server went back to find out which was which from the bartender and he came back to declare which was mine and which was hers. We then asked again after tasting them because they did not look or taste like the first cocktails we had. Then it was admitted to us the bartender had messed up our order and made the same drinks.

Another member of our party paid an upcharge for asparagus and got burnt asparagus. She asked for it be remade. It didn't come out. She asked again. And then asked for it to be removed after boxes were being brought out and our bills were being brought to the table and she still was waiting on her asparagus to go with the Steak.

Oil was spilled on another member of our party's pants leg by the server (he was apologetic) as well as barbecue sauce on the same guy's jacket when the server accidently dropped it behind him. Did I mention the barbecue sauce was for a child's meal and the kitchen said they ran out and couldn't replace it? The initial cocktails ordered were being over filled by the bar so it spilled on us as they were being brought to the table. It was an interesting experience to say the least.

The staff seemed friendly but not well versed in serving larger groups. I actually felt bad for our server so seemed to have to wait on another table as well.

The Good - tasty calamari and...

The food was very good, Service was good very nice male waiter he was tall with dirty blonde hair and thin--ish he was in his late twenties maybe early 30,s he had just came back from "vacation" so he was becoming familiar with the menu again .but that was fine he was pleasant and attentive we didn't wait for anything and he made sure we had whatever we needed . Unfortunately it seems like other people did not want to work..so our waiter was burdened while others stood around .... Even a couple people in the bathroom on their phone...ughh .. also the restaurant was not as clean as I would have expected all the other locations have been immaculate..but cant aay same bathroom was dirty filthy both soap containers were broken and empty was wondering how the employees were washing their hands???and floors dirty windowsills dirty fingeprints on every tning greasy salt papper grinders ... If the lazy employees that want to talk on their phones & get out of work and can't clean maybe outsourcing the cleaning.. anything negative about the experience was directly related to lazy employees...post covid slack ..lol i call it ..loved my waiter loved my food :).. keep up the good work kitchen l& waiter dude ..june 26 2024 9 p.m.. also the lady who was at the front door I think she was a waitress or a hostess .. if she was not a hostess she was doing what you should do while at work if you see something that needs done you jump in and do it ...I asked her about plants on roof..( never got my answer on who gets up and Waters the plants either..lol) she was also working hard ..i swear they were only two besides kitchen that came out of shadows ..to work . Shame ,on lazy employees having just a couple peeps doing their job and picking up slack .while u slink around in backround hiding basiically . ..from work it was the end of the night and I could tell that my server was tired.. that's no excuse if he could still be on A game so can...

So... what to say about my experience here? The service was great, our waitress was fantastic, she quietly made sure our drinks didn't go empty. We asked for a booth, we were also accommodated. The appetizer we ordered was great. The soup and salad as part of the meal was also good (flavor wise). That's about where the good ends. The bad was a three fold problem: one; the main dish's picture on the menu was deceiving as it was much smaller than what was pictured; second, the char on the chicken (since we both ordered the same thing, though I got the penne pomodoro and my friend got the fettuccine alfredo as the "side") was incredibly overpowering on MOST of the chicken... though where there wasn't char the flavor was great; this and most egregious of all was the price! A $19.99 Pollo Maria Rosa that included a tiny bit of soup/ salad that is offered with all of the menu options, then the serving of two small pieces of chicken with a very skimpy serving of pasta is outrageous (I went with the basic side, but my friend went with the fettuccine alfredo for an extra 2.50 as an upgraded side). I say this as someone who will drop 100 on a meal for two people at The Cheesecake Factory, having plates of food so massive it's enough for two meals and have the plate price be the same as here! I'm not saying this to gloat or anything, I'm using this as a comparison for price over what is given and a picture is going to accompany the review for people to see for themselves what I'm talking about and decide if it is worth it for them because the Pollo Maria Rosa was not worth it for either of us. IF I go there again, I definitely won't be reordering that!
