Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Brookside

Great establishment, quick and friendly service but I have one problem... I usually don't do this kind of thing but something needs to be addressed. I usually walk inside but this particular night, I was tired and went to the drive through. I see 3 employees standing outside waiting on people. It's a kind gesture, don't get me wrong, but its 58 degrees outside, dark and raining. Yes, they had raincoat on but, it's November. The temperature is dropping that can cause someone to get really sick. I'm all about great customer service but, not at the expense of someone's health. Yes, they go back in, then come back out, then in, and out. That's only going to make it worse. I can understand early fall, summer (when it's not brutally hot), and spring but, I think it's wrong to have people outside, in the cold at night and...

I would give this chicfila 0 if i could. Constantly getting orders wrong and nobody seems to care much anymore. For example i ordered an egg white grill but instead of muffin, with a biscuit. And instead got a grilled peice of chicken and an egg in a cup. I always ask them to read my order back now because of so many mistakes. The service is terrible for chicfila, probably the worst ive ever been too. Even the managers have attitudes and arent very apolegetic or offer anything for inconveniences (like most chicfilas do) If i didnt work in the area i would not come back here again. Also if this is your home chicfila, the app never offers anything for free… i made bear my home...

We ALL know what great service is offered at Chick fil A … however, the person taking my order must have been new. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets since I have Celiac and must eat gluten free. So my order came out with breaded nuggets and although it was marked that my vehicle was correct the name on my order was incorrect … everything else about my custom order was correct so I know I didn’t pick up the wrong order. When I went back through I tried to return the whole order so they would know I wasn’t just trying to rip them off. The manager waited on me at the drive thru and kind & apologetic.
