This wawa is by far the worst one I’ve ever been in.. While standing at register waiting for a cashier to come up which took at least 5-8 minutes while the line is growing 🤦🏽♀️ she casually walks up don’t speak or apologize had to actually speak to her 1st then as I’m explaining to her about something that’s on sale she calls a manager that takes another 3-4 minutes again while the line is steady growing they then over charge me and gave me the wrong product after going back in to get the correct product they still overcharged me I have never been so irritated in my life with a simple transaction I want my money at this point smh the manager looked so young and confused & I guess the cashier was never taught to greet ppl smh I swear I’m never going back to this one it’s the 3rd time I been in this one and each experience is bad they allow the lines to grow and don’t either call for help or act as if they don’t see it growing smh who’s managing this store is what I want to know because they gotta do better with the hiring process I coke from retail management and got out of it so I know exactly what is expected from both the cashier and the manager and it’s insane to me how ppl are treated that are spending money even when I told her she don’t have to scan my I’d which I clearly know that they don’t no other wawa I’ve been in told me they can’t punch my dob in because I know they can btw when they scan it the offers that come in the mail aren’t even for the kind of tobacco they u actually use or purchase smh so that’s why I don’t want it scanned overall I’ll never go back in this one oh adds let’s not talk about how the entire cooler was half empty with no real suggestions to choose from...
Read moreI love Wawa, but this store needs serious help. First, there were two staff members in front of the refrigerated drinks just chatting about the text message conversation on one girls phone. Holding up 5 customers while they passed the phone back and forth. Then, when leaving one self checkout was down, the second one was having an issue and the customer was waiting for help. But she couldn't get it bc the man on the register was alone with at least 12 customers in line. He stepped out to help her, another employee walked over to the register slower than I have ever seen a person on the job move, with her moth hanging open just staring around like she was lost on the moon. Poor dude was rushing around and calling for help on his radio, but every other employee in the place was CHILLIN. The crowd of customers gave them zero sense of urgency. Read moreThis Wawa is a joke. Never has sizzli sandwiches. Always out of the most popular coffee. Coffee bar is always a mess and under stocked. Often when I leave this Wawa I have to go to another location because they can’t get their act together at this one. Why is it that I can go to the Wawa up the street from my job which by the way is half the size of this one with no gas pumps and they always have coffee (the ones people actually drink). If they are out of one selection a replacement is brewing and you only need to wait a few minutes. They always have sizzli’s! What is their problem here? Oh yeah while all this foolishness is going on you relax to the sounds of female employees discussing “shedding their uterus”. BTW…. I wrote a review on the app back in September.
