Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Brownsville

I honestly love this place but I will not be going back to the sunrise mall location. I would go often for my daily snack because I work there. However recently the pretzel dogs were coming out burnt. Sometimes I’d ignore it but the most recent time I couldn’t taste any flavor, just burnt pretzel. I took it back when traffic slowed down at my store and the first red flag was the young employee looking at me as I approached the counter and saying “UGH IM COMINGGGGGG!” Once I explained my concern she walked away and when she came back her and another employee were laughing at me, as she stated “one, you bought it almost 4 hours ago idk why you’re barely coming back. & two I can’t give you your money back because I’m not going to look for the transaction. I can give you another one but it’s going to be the same thing!” So I said I’ll take anything as long as it’s the same price & not burnt to which she replied “well it’s going to the same thing” which I assumed meant it would be burnt because when I looked over they were all in fact burnt as well. So I insisted my money back or to speak to a manager , she then laughed and said “we don’t have a manager here.” I just left at that point. So disgusting and sad. I was quoted a fifteen minute cook time for one pretzel, which is perfectly fine. What wasn't fine was I waited 25 minutes for a garlic parmesan pretzel that was cooked on a pan that had cinnamon sugar, therefore I waited 25 minutes for a sugary garlicky pretzel that was inedible and disgusting. And when I asked about my pretzel at 15 minutes, the worker acted like she didn't care and was rude. There were three workers, one of them walking around literally doing nothing, while the other two worked at a snails pace. So slow service and...

Went by on Thursday and the pretzels were delicious as always and staff was friendly despite manager yelling at them in front of the store. Only leaving 1 star because what kind of manager does that in front of customers? Definitely made me and people walking by uncomfortable. I hope something can be done about that. That's so...
