Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Brunswick

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has happened the past 3 times I've been here. I go inside and I'm waiting for about 5 minutes before anyone even is in the front, I heard giggling from the back before I had to cough to get one of them up here, the Music was blaring they couldn't even hear my order. The 2 girls working were being so inappropriate talking about sexual things regarding this one girls boyfriend, I believe her name was Sammy or Cassy, I don't know I couldn't hear what the other girl was saying too clearly and when I got my smoothie it was watery but had unblended peach chunks in it. They also huffed and puffed when they realized i was there, acting as if i was inconveniencing them by purchasing from the establishment. 2nd time I went it was 2 different girls just sitting on there phone showing eachother tiktoks after saying 'we'll be right with you' for 6 minutes, the smoothie was watery then and I also had gotten a wrap and it was the smallest thing I had ever seen. The paper had peanut butter all down it, but I didn't complain because it was still tasty. Now this last time a couple days ago, I walk in and it's disgusting in there, I see fruit flies landing into the food and the powders, onto the blender lids, I hear crickets the entire time. There wad smoothie all over the counter and I watched this girl make my smoothie with her hair losely up so much so to the point that a piece of her hair was wrapped around the side of the cup when she handed it to me, I don't like to complain, I know these are just teen girls who work there it's most likely there first job, but I felt like I had to because after I ate there a couple days ago I got violently I'll...

I have had a rocky experience with Pulp. One day, I ordered from them on DoorDash to celebrate with my friends. When we receive it, one of the smoothies is opened and spilled on top of the drink carrier. Later that evening, both friends and myself got seriously sick. We all had different meals, besides the Pulp smoothies. Now, usually with frozen foods, like the amazing manager Brett informed me of, it’s very unlikely to get sick from them when they’re freshly frozen and used within a short period of time. I had called and made a complaint about my experience, and Brett assured me that he would look into it with his Pulp establishment and reach out to DoorDash corporate to get to the bottom of this. In return, for my inconvenience, Brett from Pulp had sent me a very nice letter and a $30.00 gift card to apologize and make amends for what had happened. I went from leaving an upsetting 1-star review to an amazing 5-star review, just from the customer service alone! The smoothies, though made us sick, tasted phenomenal as always, so I have to give them that at least! Thank you...

As a daily wheatgrass drinker for over a decade I’ve visited multiple Pulp & other smoothie establishments in this time. The Pulp location in Brunswick next to Giant Eagle & 1st watch is by far my favorite. The food / smoothie / juices are always the freshest & the store is always clean, extraordinary friendly staff & enjoyable experience from the moment you enter to moment you leave. In fact, just leaving store with wheatgrass down the hatch & a smoothie in hand ready to finish the day strong.
