Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Brunswick

Came in here on 7/28/18 around 3:15pm when I walked in the two girls behind the counter we're both glued to there phones fror over two minutes even before looking up to finally notice that there was a customer in the building. I literally timed theses two girls. Finally on to the service. The blond hair girl at the register didn't greet me with a simple how can I help you. Just a simple blank stare until she mumbeled my total. Next the brunette making my sandwich looked like she didn't have to be there and that my patronage was keeping her from her phone. And that's exactly where she went to immediately after her job was done. she hopped right back up on the counter and lowered her head right back down into your phone. So I ate my sandwich there and continue to keep an eye on both these girls who could not get their noses out of their phones not even for a minute to do anything. There is a time and place for everything, but at work in the food industry is NOT look into my phone time. I timed just how long it would take someone to look out from there phones. Over two minutes. I hope the manager reads this and has a word with these two girls about customer service and...

I have placed ordered with this Jimmy John's many times. The last two times I've ordered from them the order has been missing something. Last time it was; they didn't cut my sandwich in half, no napkins, and no mayo packets. Today's order was simple, sandwich, chips, napkins, mayo packets. It arrived and once again, no napkins, no mayo packets. Might not seem like a lot, but when anyone spends money they should get what was asked for. That's all. Does anyone check what's going out the door that was ordered vs what was in the bag?

I called and spoke woth one of the managers. A nice young lady. I explained what I was missing and said they'd send the napkins and mayo packets up to me. Another package arrived and there were about 30 napkins and 30 mayo packets shoved in a bag. Really? It wasn't for 15 people. Just one. It really isn't hard to read what is ordered, is it? It's not. I don't want them to be freaky fast. I'd just like them to be freaking right. I'll have to order next time from...

I've order Jimmy John's in Brunswick since they have opened. Always had a great experience. However today I had placed a order for me and my fiancé, my fiancé ordered a sandwich on wheat bread. I ordered a sandwich on their world famous French bread. My sandwich also came in wheat bread while my ticket said French bread. The sandwich was still very good but the $12.50 sandwich wasn't what I ordered. I decided to place a review on principal. They said they would place a credit on my account for my next order - I'm not sure I want to order again because of this mistake. Just a friendly reminder you don't always get...
