Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Brunswick

Fourth time I’ve ordered the Grilled Chicken Club that comes with a Honey Roasted BBQ packet and I didn’t receive the sauce. The first time, I just ordered the sandwich regularly, knowing it comes with the honey bbq packet. Ordering this sandwich for years. I didn’t get the packet so the second time after that I ordered my sandwich and to make sure I got the sauce, I asked for a second packet when I ordered my sandwich. Should have got two packets, got none! So the third time, a week ago, I go through the drive thru, ask if the sauce is still around or discontinued, was told it’s still around, so I ordered the sandwich and asked for an extra packet. I RECEIVED NO PACKET.

This time I just went inside to order and did the same routine. Asked if the sauce was still available, was assured it was, asked for a second, and when I got my meal, not a sauce packet to be found. I went back inside after checking the bag and asked for the sauce and a nice employee gave me two packets.

The staff are very friendly and the food is always great but dudes…get it together. How does this one location not know the sandwich comes with a honey bbq packet? Strongsville never struggled with this. Any other chik fil a has never struggled with this. For me to have asked for extra in the past just to get none feels like I’ve been done dirty. As nice as they are, these are just kids working here who are too busy talking amongst each other than...

I had the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had at this location today. We had never been to this location before. I will say I have never seen a chick fil a with fewer customers than that. Maybe that was our sign. I ordered a Cobb salad that was made incorrectly once, I went back in and they made the correction, (I would like to note the young man at the register was very kind and helpful and working hard the whole time) then the order came out AGAIN incorrectly. After quite a bit of wait, again there were not very many cars in the drive thru and no one was at the counter ordering, I was given the salad again, I had paid for extra nuggets and there was only one serving but at this point I was over it so I went back out to my car. When I went to finally assemble my salad, I realized I was missing the crunchy red peppers which are my favorite part of the salad, not the biggest deal but something to note. The worst part of the trip was when I went to eat the salad. The lettuce was so soggy and so warm. I believe when they made it incorrectly the second time, they took the toppings off and rinsed the lettuce and plopped it back in to the container. There were pools of water in the salad container. The salad was so soggy and warm I couldn't even eat it. Extra training certainly needs to take place here if the staff is making this many mistakes when there isn't...

The staff was fine, the food was great, we dined in and spent the entire visit from the moment we opened the door hearing nothing but the voice of Devin. We barely even saw her, but it made no difference as it wasn't even necessary to see her or a nametag because she mentioned her name several times as she loudly talked about herself, her Snapchats, her chocolate covered strawberries and how expensive they were, her shift ending at 11pm, and every other aspect of her life. I sense her name is probably spelled Devynn. I felt in my 20 minute meal she covered every life aspect one could possibly mention in that timespan. I don't think more than 15 seconds passed where we didn't have to listen to her voice echo through the entire place. I got all these details from not even seeing her. I don't think she even took a second to breathe. I'm all for talking and working but my gosh I could not wait to leave and get a moment away from her voice. I can't imagine she could possibly think that everyone in the store would care that deeply about every detail of her life to be that obnoxiously loud.
