We ordered $40 worth of food. My food were the wings. Served to me in a bowl of them drowning in watery oily mild sauce. Normally I wouldn’t care because I love my wings saucey. But because there was a lot of water or oil, it was hardly sticking to the wings. I ate 2 wings and picked at the third wing before I couldn’t handle the taste of them. I didn’t like it. I was hesitant about asking for a refund, but it didn’t feel right having my boyfriend paying for a meal I’m not eating. So he went up with me and I asked if I could get a refund because I didn’t like it. I brought the bowl of wings with me so they could see I haven’t eaten all of the wings. All in all, their answer was, no. They can’t give a refund just because I don’t like it, because it’s my preference. Only if there was something wrong with the food. It’s not just preference, it didn’t taste good. I am a feen for wings and hot sauce. My preference are wings in any hot sauce. They just made it not edible, it was not good. I didn’t want to just be like “yeah it’s swimming in a pool of watery mild sauce so it didn’t taste good”. I just said I didn’t like it..which is true because to me, it didn’t taste right. Either way, that’s not a good enough reason for a refund. I was obviously not happy because in the food industry, when you come up to them with a concern of the food they’d tend to what you need, to make up the incident. It’s not a big deal, it’s a compromise. Even fast food will accommodate a refund when it’s appropriate. I’m not sure why me not being able to eat their food due to the quality of it wasn’t enough. My boyfriend can always work that $15 of wings back, but it’s more of an inconvenience because he had to take me somewhere else so I could eat. Which inevitably was more money out of his pocket than intended. It wasn’t a...

I hate to say that this establishment just lost a long time customer. After many years and many orders I called to place my order for delivery. I explained that I wanted 2 large pizza's, one all meat, the other the special and 20 piece wings. After telling the lady my order she VOLUNTEERED that the order would fall under the special for $27.99, I didn't ask for it, she told me about it. I thought GREAT! I expected it to be around $35 with tax and delivery, then I would tip the driver. When the order arrived the total was $63.98... what?!! Why is the total more than double what I was told. To be clear, I don't mind paying the price of what I ordered, that's not the issue, I expect nothing for free. The issue is I was told one thing and received another, which is NOT ok. I called to inquire about the total and they explained the pricing, which I understood, but they seemed to completely miss the actual issue. Had the person that took my order given me the correct price, everything would be fine. I work in customer service and know if you mess up you make it right. Again, I didn't expect anything free, but I also didn't expect "Well too bad, you were charged the right price." You're right, it's too bad. Too bad you will no longer receive my...

The MENU tab IS NOT their actual menu!! Make sure you have the correct menu before ordering. Unfortunately I made the above mistake when I called in an order for pick-up. We wanted the White Veggie (spinach, broccoli, garlic, ricotta etc.) and the guy who answered said sure, white & veggie... I should have known there but we are new to the area and trying it for the first time, so I clarified, the White Veggie that's on your menu. He replied 'Oh yes, ok, the White Veggie.' We went to pick up at the said time and they gave us a pizza that looked nothing like what I had ordered...this had mushrooms, olives, bell peppers & onions... The girl who helped me was very nice but responded with 'oh, he was confused, are you sure you had the correct menu?' Apparently I did not but nor did they clarify that at the time of the order... Unfortunaley the pizza we got (yes, I paid for it & tipped...they did make it after all and we did want to try a new pizza place) was dry and lacked flavor, looking NOTHING like the pizza they have displayed on their website. That said the classic cheese pizza was ok but the breadsticks were super burnt.... I won't say don't go, but definitely know what you...

Best food in Arizona! #foryou #familyowned

I had stopped in here back in January when my daughter needed a tire from the shop next door. I was truly pleased with the food and service we received. So today, I was driving back from Quartzsite and remembered this place and had to stop for lunch. They had a special, slice and 5 wigs for $8.99, I thought that was a great deal. I ended up getting a slice of pepperoni and mushroom with 5 hot wings. The pizza was better than I remember, the crust was nice and crispy and the sauce had great flavor. I'll be honest, when I first saw the wings I thought they were going to be soggy cuz they looked drenched in sauce. Boy was I wrong, those were some good wings. Every one of them was cooked just right and had crispy skin. Even the last one at the bottom of the bowl that was sitting in the sauce was still crispy when I ate it. The guys behind the counter were friendly and got me my order right away. If your looking for a great pizza joint in Buckeye, I suggest you visit Palermo's Pizza. You wont be disappointed.

Food took longer than expected after everyone had left and I was still there even as other people mentioned in their posts on the food. The pizza did taste like a cracker on the crust and needed more sauce. Was kind of dry for someone that comes from Illinois. Illinois has probably the best pizza in the whole country. It's really hard to find pizza to match the pizza you can get in Illinois. They're just a select few places here in Phoenix area that have pizza that is up to standards of Illinois and it's usually people that are from Illinois that own the restaurant a few and far between. So to someone that has a lot of good pizza. This was okay. Could use a little more love when making it but it's not bad. I did have to go get something to eat after eating there though.🙄 lol As far as the atmosphere goes, great, family oriented place clean. Plenty of TVs to entertain you. Plenty of tables for families to eat at. Probably a good birthday party place too 👍🧁
