UPDATE 11-2-20
I had the opportunity to return to PostNet for a fingerprint clearance card. The first thing I noticed was everyone was wearing a mask.
George one of the co-owners took care of me. He was extremely pleasant and calming. I was somewhat nervous. We had a very nice chat while he rolled my fingers on the machine.
As I was leaving Debbie the other co-owner came out to talk and explain some things. At first, I thought that was nice of her. Until she then offered to help me out in other ways. For instance, someone would come out to my car and handle whatever I need. Packages mail whatever so I wouldn't have to leave my car. I thought that was truly nice. I left there with a feeling that Debbie and George went above and beyond to relieve me of any additional concerns.

I have been going to this location for 8 years. And I was happy with the service.
But like the saying goes all good things must come to an end.
In the past 2 weeks, I have been in the store 3 times between 4-6 pm. ALl 3 times THE LADY AT THE REGISTER HAS NOT WORN A FACIAL MASK
The first time she told me she left it at home. And I understood. But 3 times? SERIOUSLY. What about CUSTOMERS SAFETY?
I am classified as HIGH RISK so I take this to heart.

   Read moreUPDATE Extremely unprofessional. The woman doing the notary was useless, and she came off a bit racist. In regards to the owner's response below, being a woman of color doesn't mean your employees can't be biased or racist. She did not treat us well. All we needed was a document notarized, but she gave us so many excuses not to do it, and it made us feel uncomfortable. In regards to the owner's response below, it wasn't just the signatures, she also wouldn't tell us what we needed to do and we felt as if she wasn't knowledgeable about what she was doing. We went down the street to UPS and we had it done in minutes. No issues. It was a pleasant time there. Stay away from Postnet. Go to other nearby places instead. This was a waste of time.
Note: after reading the rest of the 1 star reviews, the owner seems to make so many excuses about his/her inept customer service. Whether it's the owner or not, your employees need better Training. Apparently, they aren't well trained. Don't make excuses. You are losing customers. We will NEVER...

When I entered the lady in front of me was letting the worker know her packages keep disappearing from her mail box and the worker did not do anything to assist her and was very rude and defensive insisting they do not steal. I’m sure they have cameras and they should be more courteous when handling customer concerns. This place also over charges for simple printing which is not posted on their price list. They charged me 1.75 for one page to print black and white. And said it was because of computer Time, I never used their computers I sent my paper to their email. Anyways save yourself the hassle of getting treated poorly and overpriced and just go to Fedex office they do not charge additional fees for...
