This place needs new ownership and employees. It’s giving the Burger King brand a bad rap. We all know Burger King is struggling and places like this one just keep driving the mail in the coffin. I always get horrible service here, but this last time was egregious. I ordered my whopper fresh off the broiler because the food is always served cold here. This time though I watched them make it. Sure enough the meat wasn’t taken fresh from the broiler. I was shocked that they blatantly ignored my request. The Burger maker guy grabbed the beef patties with his hands! He had gloves on but the beef wasn’t hot enough that he was able to handle them with his fingers! Through the Burger making process he kept wiping his hands on his clothes too. I’ll be reporting this to health inspectors as this is beyond disgusting. When I got my food I complained that it wasn’t made fresh and how I ordered it. They ignored me and said it was even though I was looking right at them. Still, they said there was nothing they could do as they insisted they made it the way I wanted it. Read moreAfter waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through, I finally reached the window only to see employees chatting and laughing instead of preparing orders. A bag of food sat by the register for nearly 10 minutes, which I assumed wasn’t mine. I figured they were waiting on fries or nuggets—but no, it turned out they spent 10 minutes making drinks.
I paid $40 for cold food, and my order was still incorrect. When I parked and went inside for help, the staff were more focused on a man offering them pastries than on assisting customers. After I explained that my food was cold, had been sitting out, and was missing items, no one apologized or made an effort to fix it. Instead, I stood there another five minutes while they continued chatting. At that point, I gave up and requested a refund.
This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It felt like customers were being ignored on purpose. I wasted over 30 minutes and still left without food. Another customer even stopped me outside to share his own negative experience the day before, saying they had messed up his order twice.

She repeated the ingredients. I said no onions and if any other sauce besides the avocado spread i don't want that either.I get to the window. She handed me my food and turned away. I pulled over to make sure no sauce was in my food and there was creamy spicy sauce. I went back and said im sorry I asked for no sauce. She said that's avocado sauce. No the avocado sauce is here and i showed it to her. She said how do you want the berger. I said just no onions and none of this sauce, she said with out a beat can you give me the berger I handed her the berger and she left. A few min. Later brought me a berger. Very poorly made with no Avocado spread. I had to go back and ask for a side of avocado spread. That worker was so rude and short throughout the time i had to deal with her.
