$1–10 I come here to get my water specifically because of Valerie. I love the customer service I get. I GET a lot of alkaline water here because I trust Valerie. the most and she always makes sure I’m happy. Her service is great and so is the product here.

Valerie is amazing. I observed her dealing with an incredibly rude customer and she kept her composure and wasn’t rude at all. She was polite and did everything correctly. I’m so glad that you have stunning customer service .

Let me say before I always liked taking my kids here but after these last 2 times I wont be back.One time couple weeks ago I came and the cashier argued with me when I said she was not scooping birthday cake that it was the wrong one. She said the sign says and it is until back and forth and she checked the tub and said oh it's in the wrong place then after that handed my son a cone with ice cream falling off and told him to grab before it falls off instead of fixing it. Then this Saturday we came before the close time of 830around 815 and 3 others came after us as well and door was already locked after the signsaying...

Came in to get water employee name given was Valerie. Today at 1230 she was extremely rude and overcharged me when I mentioned it to her she argued with me and then when I showed her my receipt she stated I was still wrong and that was the price I showed her the price tag she still argued “I well that’s the price so” I stated it’s not every one is tagged the same price including box. She also didn’t put the money in drawer until I brought it up .
