Transitioning ALL of my accounts out ASAP. I was incredibly disappointed when I went in to conduct a routine transaction. I’ve banked there ( mostly online transactions) for many decades w/ a savings, checking and mortgage loan account. Apathetic teller that cut me off mid sentence to decline a request for a particular transaction. Rerouted to do the transaction online and deposit the checks. I had done all my research and was prepared, when these checks cleared, to diversify some estate checks that I had. Coincidentally, the credit union I picked those estate checks from were professional and courteous. I realized, I don’t have big money or a big monetary account, but this ( Chase treatment) was not the way it should be…..I’m respecting...
Read moreWe came in this afternoon to see if they can do anything about the maintenance fee on one of our multiple accounts we have with them. Also, we wanted to open new savings for our 3 kids education. We were treated so rudely and bad, that within 10 minutes in there we decided to close ALL accounts with chase. 2 business accounts, 1 saving, 1 checking. We walked out with cashier's checks totaling over 50K. Chase is a great bank. We have banked with them for 9 years. Someone in chase corp need to wake up and take a close look into this branch on watson. They are lacking any kind of customer service. Especially Brenda Chavez, who seems to care nothing for customers or chase. We will go tommorow to Wells Fargo. I'm sure they will be happy to open 7...

I wasn’t even sure she worked there because she was sitting up on her phone. I let her know I needed to have a document notarized and she tells me all the bankers are busy. I told her, it’s fine I can wait. She told me I couldn’t. I asked her why not because they didn’t close for another hour and a half and she brushed me off saying they couldn’t help me. She was extremely dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. So instead I had to drive further away from my neighborhood Chase to a location in Goodyear and was helped right away.
