Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Buckeye

I had place an online order at 4:40pmI had then went to pick it up when it said it was ready and paid only to be told that my order was accidentally given to the delivery guy, which I am an understanding person, but why would they not tell me that before I paid because I have a load of kids with me that I had just picked up from school after work and was not willing to wait long which is why I did a mobile order before hand and I would have went elsewhere instead of waiting. Then the manager Alyssa didn’t seem to care that they made a mistake didn’t. She said they will re make them which of course she should I just paid. No apology, nothing just snotty attitudes as if I’m the one who did something to them. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes and when I got the order it was completely wrong. I let them know this is not what I ordered and the young lady Victoria says that’s what the delivery guy brought back but that’s not what I ordered I explained so many times as I showed them my email order and when I asked why did they say they were making me fresh pizzas and have me wait another 20 minutes ? They all started stuttering and never gave me an answer so were they just waiting for the delivery guy to come back with my order and give me old pizza instead of actually making my order that they lost ? So then I had to wait another 20 minutes by this time it was already 5:40 a whole hour since I placed my original order. Just ridiculous. Worst place I have ever been to and my parents are retired marines so I’ve been to many places and will never be returning to this...

This Pizza Hut had the worse customer service! I would not recommend it to ANYONE! To start off I had ordered 2 large pizzas and after I got home from picking it up one of the boxes was completely empty! I then called back and was told to bring in the empty box and they would replace it I asked for the inconvience of me having to drive all the way back because of their error that I be given a credit for the pizza that was missing. The little girl who was helping me agreed and told me I would be given a 10.00 credit. So when we got there the little girl acted as if I had not spoken to her 10 minutes ago and was completely clueless! To make matters worse they did not have my pizza ready when I got there but instead gave me someone elses random pizza! Oh and get this when my boyfriend called back a week later to buy a pizza with the 10.00 credit we were supposedly given the "manager" informed us that they had used that credit when I had picked up the pizza that they had forgotten the previous week! Not only was he rude and very unprofessional but he basically told us " we can not give you a free pizza" oh but you can give me a box with no pizza in it obviously!? I was very disappointed in the service my family and I received and will NEVER return to this location and have already informed all friends and family to avoid this location as well!! Ordered a large meat lovers with extra hamburger and then requested peppers and mushrooms added to one side. First of all the stuffed crust pizza which is extra wasn't cooked all the way through and was greasy as heck on the bottom. There was very little sauce and the toppings was a joke they barely added any and certainly not the extra requested. We took the pizza back to the store to remake the pizza and we could tell they didn't remake it they added more toppings and probably shoved it in the over for a minute or two to melt the cheese and then gave it back. We took it cause we needed dinner but should have refused it. Still no sauce still undercooked and there was a bubble on one piece where the cheese from the crust had migrated to the piece of pizza and for some reason the new pizza still had that bubble. Things that make you go hmm there is no way in heck you remade that pizza. Plus when you call to talk to someone no one answers the phone.
