BTW: I had uploaded photos and it looks like the company had them removed.. The windows are filthy, with ice cream stains (I hope its ice cream), tables are dirty and keep in mind its 8:30am with like 19 people eat in here. And there's a lot of seating here. This location is big it holds 185 occupancy. I have always loved the incased train display but I do not enjoy how filthy it is with fries inside. It also looks like mildew around the lighting in the display case. The hanging train tracks should really get dusted as often as possible. It disgusting to know that you're eating underneath and when looking up you see a pile of dust slightly hanging from the rracks. Its horrible that the light switches are easy to access to the public especially the fact that its at kids reach. I also had to clean my own area where I sat down to eat. I stayed so I can observe this location and rate it. This location needs a remodel as long as they keep the train display it gives this location a unique character. But for goodness sake please CLEAN IT. Tbis location sits on tourist grounds its ridiculous how horrible this location looks. I am curious to know what their bookkeeping looks like. And my pancakes were kind of cold, fail. And the ketchup looked old, I was able to see a little bit of yellow in it.    Read moreIf you want the worse customer service come this location, never had this kind of issues any where else in the country, the girl that took our oder at the drive through was extremely rude and when we asked a question she seemed annoyed, we like to use the app for the deals and sometimes it doesn't work but there's nothing we could do about it and at all the other restuarants if we show them what deal it is they just do it but not at this location when she tried to scan the app it didn't work and the girl seemed annoyed and we asked her if she wanted to see the app to take it off and she said no I can't do it, we ask for a manager so maybe they could do it and said "she is by the front if you want you can go there" all of this with the worse attitude ever, we went up to the front and to our surprise the manager had the same attitude but of course this time she tried scanning the app again and it worked. If they would of had a different approach I would of paid the full price but just their attitude and lack of customer service made this visit the worse visit to mkds, they didn't have name tags so couldn't see their names but the lady at the drive through had purple hair and the manager was short hispanic and dark hair.    Read moreI do have to say I love this McDonald's in particular due in part to fact that their ice cream machine is never down when I come here and I come off there sometimes a few times a week and I order a McFlurry every single time. I have never been disappointed because of their machine "being down,"as other McDonald's restaurants like to put it which forgive me but I don't buy that excuse. I have worked in the food industry and in the fast-food industry as well and I have to say that when they say their ice cream machine is down, it actually is not but in fact has a lot to do with lazy workers not wanting to have to take the time to clean it and maintenance it if they were to leave it open at a later time/late evening hours. That is McDonald's in particular never has that issue!!!!!! Thankfully!!!!!!
