The actual vegan ice cream was amazing, so are the waffle cones. The reason why this place doesn't deserve 5 stars is because of the teenage workers at the counter. I asked for the girls behind the counter to check if the chocolate sauce was vegan. One of the girls blew up and said, I have no idea how am I suppose to know ? Then proceeded to give so much attitude, we said forget it. (Any other place has no issue reading a label or attempting to find out instead of giving a complete rude attitude ) While helping customers the same girl had inappropriate banter with her co worker, telling her she'd rather work with another person since they would do more work etc. It was actually quite embarrassing how they talked and I couldn't believe the level of unprofessional conversation , as if there wasn't a long line of people listening to it all. I learned too much about this teenager in the 5 minutes I stood in line... What time she wanted to go home, who she like working with better and why... How the girl wanted to do the little as possible and be done working. I think they need a training day on how to slow down, listen to customers, and be reminded that we can hear everything they are saying ! I felt like I was interrupting their hang out session, not buying ice cream. Maybe they can hire adults who take their work more seriously ,find more responsible teenagers, or possibly retrain the current staff. The atmosphere is very cute and inviting. The service.....

I came for the Instagrammable vibes, but I stayed for...well, nothing actually. This place might look like the backdrop of a perfect influencer post, but let me tell you, the ice cream is about as satisfying as a mirage in the desert.

You’d think for the cost, they’d be sprinkling in some gold flakes or at least some extra flavor, but nope—just regular ol' ice cream that tastes like they forgot the "cream" part.
The aesthetic? Sure, it’s cute if you like hanging out in a pastel dream where your wallet goes to die. But if you’re here for actual ice cream enjoyment, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Maybe a store where the ice cream is both edible and affordable. Just a thought.
So, if you're into paying designer prices for dollar store taste, this is your spot. Otherwise, save your money and get a tub of ice cream at the grocery store—you’ll...

This was our first time and we were quite disappointed with the amount of ice cream served on our cones. The single scoop was the smallest scoop we have ever had at any ice cream shop and left us feeling like we paid far too much for what we received. With so many flavors and having never been before, it was also disappointing to not offer samples. We weren't impressed by the flavor we chose which would have been solved by offering samples. Can't imagine we will be back. The courtyard surrounding the place is incredibly cute and offers a great outdoor area to enjoy your ice cream, but unfortunately, the main reason we were there was for a great sweet treat, and our experience just...
