WOW. I really cannot overstate how good this place is. Admittedly, we are hot pot noobs, and had no idea how it all worked. We figured it out and had the best meal we’d had in ages!
I’ll attach various menus. There is so much there. I got the AYCE so I could try different things. They have several different soup bases you can choose from, to cook your proteins in. I chose tom yum.
Listen, let me pause, can we talk about the cucumber salad??? Amazing!
Anywho, I got the mussels, dumplings, shrimp, spinach, a variation of mushroom (they have multiple), broccoli, bean sprouts, and probably something else. It was all presented beautifully. I am astounded that they can offer such a staggering array of choices, and it’s all perfectly fresh and gorgeous. Lawdy those dumplings are drool-worthy btw!
If you don’t do AYCE, you can do a “choose two” or “three” I think it was, for your proteins. Protein portions are good. And they send out a platter of what I’d call fixins. Random veg and other items to add to your pot. It was all very enlightening to see such different (to us) food items. And all so yummy!
There is a sauce bar in the back. I didn’t try many, as I was all enthralled in the food. I will next time.
Super clean, and employees were very kind and welcoming.
Look, go eat at this place. It was pretty dead when we went and I need them to stay in biz! In fact, I may just go for...
Read moreWe came here for our daughter's 15th birthday for the first time and had a good experience. However, we realized the service started to decline after receiving our food. Ignored it. Fast forward to a little lunch date with my husband a few weeks later and we order the All You Can Eat Hot Pot option and waters. Since we paid for this option, we ordered the crab Rangoon (3 pieces) 3 times. However, with each request, the service took longer and longer to the point we were waiting 20+ minutes for our Server to come back to our table. We were polite the entire time. The water was...water. nothing bad about it. However, when we asked for a refill, it came back and tasted like straight up CHLORINE. Like there was some kind of chemical in it. We stopped drinking it immediately and told the host/server and they just looked at us with confusion. We found that the ingredients they use are cheap and not the best quality. The mussels didn't seem fresh and the crab Rangoon had little to no filling at all and we're dry. I guess their tactic is to slow down service so that you eat less and...
Read moreExciting and unexpected experience. Thought it was fast food ( most have used an old fast food restaurant as there was an order window), however, not fast food truly Chinese food that Chinese/Asian would eat as when we walked in the only American patrons everyone was Asian which was an EXCELLENT sign. Very well done interior. Okay, the food was great very fresh but not American Chinese Chinese Chinese food. We probably ordered the wrong thing typical American order egg rolls, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, and fried rice all delicious. Bur everyone one was ordering off a huge prix priced menu which offered huge and healthy offerings and it seems most customers ordered with a pot of soup and added the ingredients which all so fresh mushrooms, shrimp, dumplings, meat, chicken etc... worth trying. Casual but not fast casual. The funny thing on the menu was the time limit of 2 hours if you choose from the prix fix menu because it's all you can eat. Looks like a sample store for future franchise they already have 3 stores. Well with it and will be...
