I placed a 2 hrs pickup order for a laptop that was in stock for my parents to pick up. After 2 hrs of waiting for some response back via email or text or notification from the app - crickets. So I called numerous times and no answer. It was 8pm and the store does not close until 10. All the workers, managers, and/or supervisors and not ONE was able to answer the phone call to even acknowledge they had any common courtesy or customer service. If my laptop was not going to be ready for pickup in the 2 hrs frame then why even state that?! What’s going to be compensated for this now? I could have gone next door to Best Buy and walked and grabbed one even if it’s pricier but I would have had it same day. If I wanted to wait for my order I would of got it for wayyyy cheaper from Amazon but seeing that my mother needed a laptop asap I decided on Target as I’ve gotten most of my electronics there (walk-in) for pretty low price and also being a Target Circle member I wanted to earn my rewards.
I hope for all those working tonight who heard and ignored the phone calls are demoted. There’s no reason that ONE person working tonight that couldn’t answer the phone. I have seen a lot of target employees with their personal phones on the floor talking in their ear pods and/or checking their phones for text or even on social media while on the clock. So don’t tell me none of y’all know how to use a phone. Ridiculous!

Read moreFirst of all I am not one to rate or complain. I usually do self check out for this main reason. RUDE cashiers!! Tonight I decided to go with a cashier and when I was checking out with my mother we noticed that the stickers in the back were a different price then what it was ringing up. We proceeded to let the cashier know and right away she answers with an attitude which set off my mood with her afterwards. And I am not one to say much but I did see the prices. So we told her and she said that they weren't going to change it because it had a coupon and they weren't going to lower it. Now mind I was asking her to lower it just because I wanted her to but because that's what the sticker said. We let that go. Then i I had a price match on a make up brush I was also purchasing. She then made a big deal about it she called someone over and that other person told her to do it besucase it was the same product. So then she said I price that wasn't it so I told her not It's this price. What really bothered me was that she was rude and said well can I see as if I was lying. The whole point of this rate and comment is that this cashier was extremely rude. I have never encountered someone like this. If you are unhappy with your job please don't be rude I understand it's late at night and you're probably tired but there are ways to deal...
Read moreThis store has gone downhill. Despite the chaos from the latest renovation being done, the store still seems very chaotic. I spent over an hour looking for a few basic, simple things. Some of that has to do with the store being reformatted and not knowing where things are, as well as items that should be grouped together being separated and spread out. Target has always been a superior shopping experience due to the ease of finding what you need without issue. That is no longer the case at this location, and I think the design team for this updated store did it more harm than good. The Target app is also frustrating in that the location of items within the store doesn’t jump out at you like it used to. Last but not least, I had an issue twice at the self-check out with no one in sight to come help, which just compounded all of the annoyances of everything else. It seems like the Target standard at this store is not there.
I had a store pick-up, and the main thing that I had on there went out of stock in the interim of time from when I placed the order and when the order was fulfilled. I realize that is out of Target’s control, but it just added to this shopping trip being a disaster and aggravating.
