June 23 2025 2:45 pm my son and I entered your store and stood for approx 10 min while employees sat on their phones ignoring us while they sat at the dinning tables we passed while entering. A young lady (Deep and Ruhi) asked "Do you want something" (unbelievable). I said, yes I came in to order donuts. I asked if she/they was on her break and why she asked me that question rather than can I help you? She said no, I'm not on break. I asked for a manager and Ronald approached me. I began explaining and he cut me off and said are you going to order or not? I asked for another manager he said no one was there. I asked for the managers name he said I'm not telling you and walked off. I stood at the front counter on the phone with customer service and a manager came out of an office name Ben. 8 other customers walked in of another race and they all were greeted immediately, purchased their food and departed while my son an I stood at the counter. I brought this to Ben's attention and he agreed that they were all helped in a timely manner but not my son and I. He gave me an 800 number and said Ronald and staff needed training and Ronald is not an upper manager due to his shirt color. I called left a complaint with a CSR and have not heard from anyone from this company. I was not loud or disrespectful to anyone. I try to set a good example in the presence of my child. I was more shocked that this happened and the staff was so careless.
Very disappointed with this company! And embarrassed I brought my son in that establishment.
I am a very involved parent in my community and our booster club will not use them as a fundraiser anymore.

Read moreIm not sure what has happened at this store over the past year but it has gone totally down hill. Not only in the quality of the donuts but also the service. I used to love going here but we have have switched to another local donut shop and we only go to the Buford krispy Kreme when the other one is closed but today I have decided that I will never return to this store. I am a business man myself and pride myself on good customer service so I know what it takes. The staff needs to be totally retrained or let go. I know that's harsh but I rarely experience such poor service. It would only take a few kind words and a smile and I could excuse the low quality donuts but the employees here don't even seem to know how to smile. They have a bad attitude about anything you ask. Today I asked for three hot donuts to top off my one dozen order, I watched her sling 2 in the box and drop the box on the counter. Then she called across the store to have another person ring me up. This new person walks up and I start to tell her nicely that I only have 11 donuts and that I am missing one hot but before I finish she holds up her finger (telling me to be quite) and proceeds to take an outside order on her head set while I stand there waiting to pay and have them correct the order. I waited patiently and when she was done I told her I needed one more donut. She stares at me like I asked her to do something tremendously difficult and then huffs and puffs like a 5 year old that has been told to clean their room. She throws the last donut in the box on top of another one (they both get half smashed) she then very rudely says to me "is that better now!" I honestly did not know what to say or do. Please Krispy Kreme HQ come and see for yourself and for the sake of your business please fix this store! - Sincerely your long time...
Read moreNot their best on this visit. Made a special trip out of my way to pick up a dozen while the "hot" sign on. I assume the amount of customers there tonight was out of the ordinary as the drive through was wrapped around the building, just as the walk in customer's line was looped around in the lobby. But had to get my doughnut fix so I stuck it out. (This did give me time to read the sign offering a free doughnut for people who signed up in the app.) As the next 15-20 minutes passed I set up my account. Finally made it to the counter and placed my order; 1 dozen "HOT", 3 others,and my free one. The gnn behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, however the others working in the kitchen seemed to be busy with conversation and standing around. Made it to the register and their system would not recognize my account yet but the guy running the register was helpful and went ahead and gave me one for free anyway. After leaving and getting back on the road, I dug into the hot dozen. Only to find out they were severly undercooked. I have been eating Krispy Kreme for over 40 years and never tasted anything like this from them before. The cooking is fairly automated so I am going to guess the oil was not hot enough. There was much disappointment on my ride home. I would have rated them lower if not for the 2 very helpful guys that assisted me. Since the store was so busy it just wasn't worth it to me to go back and fight the traffic and crowd again to trade them out. Bad showing...
