Panda Express — Restaurant in Buford

Are all Panda Expresses miss managed all the time? We have been here 4 times in the past 6 months. It never fails, every time we have ate here, they run out of food!! They start to fill our order and then the 3rd person in our party has to wait for them to cook the food! The customers in front of us are always waiting for something too! Does any of the employees and managers understand the concept of "if the food is low in the pan, you need to make more BEFORE you RUN out and make customers wait!"

We were there last night and I have another concern about Cross Contamination. There were 2 employees touching all 3 Styrofoam trays (no gloves on their hands), including the person ringing us up at the cash register, once she was done (we had to wait for a food item to be made) they put all 3 Styrofoam trays on top of the crab rangoons and egg rolls that were in the pans to serve to customers. They did this so our food would stay warm but what about the people who want the egg rolls and crab rangoons? Would you really want to eat those now after employees have touched all over the food containers, touched money, then touched the containers again and put them on top of food in pans? Yuck!!!

We will not be going back there again! I am finished giving them chances. They have no concept of Customer Service or...

I was greeted as soon as I came in the restaurant. The item I wanted was out and they cooked it fresh on the spot. The attendant was courteous, patient, fast and efficient. I was offered a sample while I waited and ended up ordering that as my other side. The utensils were fully stocked. The restaurant, the parking lot, the bathrooms and the drink station was all clean. The manager had a presence and was available. It was half full in the restaurant and the noise level was at an appropriate level. Most importantly the food was delicious! I was there with my family and they enjoyed their items too. We ordered collectively the Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, White Steamed Rice, Mushroom Chicken and Fried Rice with 3 Medium drinks. Our family has eaten at this restaurant multiple times and we continue to return for the great customer service every time. I gave it 4 stars because it has been a couple of times including this one that they were out of common items and no one was even cooking it. Although they did immediately prepare it when I said something. I am guessing they do this to try and keep food costs down but it can be a little frustrating when you just want to run in and run out with some food after a long...

Consistent problems with every order. It is a shame to have such a convenient product available and ruin it with such little things that amount to just a terrible experience. I wait 30 minutes in line usually, so I decide to switch to online ordering. It saves me 15 minutes. Which it should save me 25-30 minutes.

The reason I continuously wait is due to the neglect to call when steamed rice isn’t available. Which is EVERY time. Why do I even add my REQUIRED phone number? So finally I call ahead to let them know I would like to “make sure everything is available so my order is ready when I arrive.” Which is a shame that I have to do that. They don’t do refunds either, only store credit which is the same long experience to get confirmation they owe you because the list is probably long af.
