Placed an order on the Wendy’s app. For me & my family. Tonight it was for a total of 4 people. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and let the guy know that I was there to pick up my mobile order. On the app it tells you to let them know what the name on the order is. Well I didn’t do that, the guy asked me if it was for Stephanie. That’s me. I said yes. He told me to go ahead and pull up to the 2nd window. I get there and he asks if I can show him any kind of confirmation on the app itself. So I do. He then tells me he saw the order but it is now not there. I give him more information regarding the order, thinking that would help. He tells me he knows that but that he isn’t able to find it. “It’s not here anymore.” I verify that I’m at the correct location. I am. I then ask what next step it is I should take, he shrugs his shoulders. He doesn’t know. The lady manager was looking at him. I’m able to see her. I then asked him if she was the manager. He doesn’t answer. I asked if I called the Wendy’s app? I know there isn’t a phone # for the app itself but he said he doesn’t know. He laughs and says to call Wendy’s corporate. The lady manager finally speaks to me, she asked what it was I ordered. I don’t remember every item that was order for me & 3 other people. I tried to look up the details on the app. Wasn’t able to find it. I asked if they knew where I could find the more in depth information regarding the order. They once again responded with “I don’t know”. What do y’all know? I told the lady manager not to worry about it, I would take my business and money somewhere else. She responds with “Ok. Sounds good.” Then smiles. What I don’t understand is the app directs ME, as the customer to tell the employee what the name is on the order. You ASKED ME if it was for Stephanie. I never was once asked. You also don’t have any potential solutions as to what I could maybe do, for y’all to be able to find the order? For the manager to smile at me and tell me that it “sounds good” that I take my business and money somewhere else. I feel extremely bad for y’all. It’s disappointing that I received such disrespect in front of the manager and by the manager. It doesn’t surprise me on bit that every time I pass by this location, no one is there. I won’t ever even attempt to give this location another chance. It’s 3 minutes at max from my apartment. I will drive 10-15 minutes to get food...
Read moreIt was Friday night when we decided to grab takeout from here as we haven't had Wendy's in a year or longer. I have been wanting chili & I'm the only one that will eat it except for my one daughter but she lives in Pittsburgh. My husband, 2 kids & I order inside to take home & eat because the chairs there are too uncomfortable for me to even sit in for 10 min. I did see they had a small table with some nice looking seats but the table was not of normal height so it wouldn't have worked out again with the health issues I have, plus it was dirty. One thing I'll say is walking in there to read a menu is really tough due to how bright menus are. I'm blind in one eye & low vision in other. Why is it so bright?!? I had ordered a small chili & fries and it was good except some fries weren't that great but still, that's nothing new with fast food. The chili was good which I'll be honest I miss having so I'll be back for it at this location & extra crackers. I haven't ordered it at any Wendy's since way before moving to GA. I believe it was the end of winter 2016 in Pittsburgh which I received a bad cup that had "twigs" in it & just grossed me out that much. Back to this location which matters...the girl taking our order & gentleman gathering order were very nice and prompt. Restaurant was clean & there were only 2 tables that were slightly dirty. I was impressed to be there on a Friday evening after 6:30pm & it was MLK weekend. We will be back to this location. I appreciate the kindness and most importantly our entire order was correct - i.e. no tomatoes on one, no mayo on 2 sandwiches etc. I'll probably stop in this Saturday during adoptions at PetSmart. Read moreThis is the absolute WORST customer service experience you will EVER encounter!!!! DO NOT spend your money here! The employees are so disgusting and rude!!!!! If it weren't for this place being so close to my job I would NEVER come here! Every single time I come here I try to place my order at the drive thru and automatically I'm cutoff by a man that says "Hold up, give me one minute please." It's usually a good 5 minutes until he finally takes my order...Once I finally get to the window to pay the young man always just stares at me with the most depressed looking facial expression...he doesn't say a word until I ask for my total. The young ladies at the second window are just as terrible! They all look angry and I literally get my food thrown into my hand every time. Upon just getting my food about 20 minutes ago, I noticed I didn't have a straw in my bag so I waved to get the young girls attention and she looked right at me at walked past the window!!!! WHY?????? I sat there for another 3-4 minutes just waiting for a STRAW!!!! Finally another girl walked by and opened the window and just stared at me as if I were bothering her...??? I don't know who is running this place but they need to be fired!!! This is ridiculous! Who wants to spend that much time on their lunch break at a Wendy's drive thru with disgusting employees that seem angry at you for spending your money there?????
