I had the worst experience here Friday 3-10-24. The waiters were very rude to me, judgmental and unwelcoming. They gave me dirty utensils that I had to send back. The food was not good and lacked flavor. I was unable to finish my meal. The next day, I had terrible food poisoning symptoms. I was vomiting for hours on end. This restaurant’s food was the only food I had Friday and I had nothing to eat this Saturday morning. I’m very sure that this place made me violently sick. I also told my family and friends of this occurrence as well since they frequent here with me often before. My friend and I come here often and they sometimes forget to bring his chopsticks, are very slow to bring our drink refills and have given him dirty utensils as well. I don’t believe they are washing their hands or plates and utensils properly in between each customer’s meals. Very poor sanitation and inferior customer service. Not happy with my experience. When I arrived the owner did not even acknowledge or greet me, but she did make the effort to acknowledge me finally during the middle of my lunch only to acknowledge the complaints I made earlier. Not once did she greet me or acknowledge me as a regular customer before even after she admitted to me in conversation that she was familiar with me and my friend coming here regularly. What a slap in the face! I will never come here again and I do not respect the owner or her incompetent staff members and her dirty chefs here either. Never again. You don’t deserve...
Read moreWe absolutely love Vegreen Noodle—so much so that this was our second visit in a week, and we drove 1 hour and 25 minutes just to eat here again. It’s that delicious!
We started with the fried Beyond wontons, Beyond meat dumplings, cheese Rangoons, and BBQ drumsticks. Every appetizer was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The dumplings and wontons were crispy and savory, the Rangoons were creamy and satisfying, and the BBQ drumsticks had a bold, smoky glaze with a great texture.
For mains, we ordered the tonkotsu soup noodle, stir-fried ramen, tonkotsu plate, and home-style ramen with vegan spam. Each dish was comforting, flavorful, and very filling. The broth in the tonkotsu was rich and deeply savory, and the vegan spam in the home-style ramen was a fun, tasty surprise. The stir-fried ramen was perfectly balanced, and the tonkotsu plate was hearty and delicious.
We also shared the Vegreen Roll, which was light, fresh, and beautifully presented—an excellent complement to the warm dishes.I just can’t believe it’s all vegan!!!!
The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and everything came out hot and fresh. If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just curious about great meatless food, Vegreen Noodle is 100% worth a visit. Whether you’re plant-based or just love amazing food, Vegreen Noodle is 100% worth the trip. We can’t wait to...
Read more(Review by @SoldByMarvin on Instagram)So one of the things about living in north Atlanta is that the 100% vegan restaurants are not as readily available as it would be living in Midtown or Atlanta proper. We were so grateful that Vegreen opened a location in Buford, Because there is a very large plant based and plant curious community out here. The quality of this restaurant, which started in Duluth is unmatched. You get great portions of food at great prices.
if you’re into sushi, they have several options and my personal favorite is the Oceania roll which is a massive plate of sushi that two people can and should share. Their entrée portions are solid.
My favorite is a general Tso’s vegan chicken entree. My wife and daughter love to get the sweet and sour vegan chicken or the plant-based calamari which has a salt and pepper seasoning to it and the texture is very close to seafood calamari. So if you are 100% vegan or just enjoy plantbased food this place never...
