Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bullhead City

I had been going to Jack in the box every other day for the Ultimate Cheeseburger, three pattys, lots of cheese, and smothered in a secret sauce, this was years ago. One day I ordered my usual and my Ultimate Cheeseburger had ketchup and mustard on it and no secret sauce, I questioned it and was told, "That's how we make them now", I asked for a refund because I was not told this when I ordered so they gave me my money back. I and many of my work partners, friends, and followers have not returned since, now I see an ad saying the Ultimate Cheeseburger is the best tasting burger ever and I felt someone had to correct the ad, it should read, "The Ultimate Cheeseburger WAS our best tasting burger, then we ruined it", all they need to do is offer, original style or modern style and many customers would return for the original Ultimate Cheeseburger, while I appreciate the reply, just bring back the real "ULTIMATE...

These pictures are the bag my order came in. When I say it was literally DRIPPING OIL it was. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the mess & sat the bag on my seat which now has an oil stain the size of a salad plate. Needless to say when I got home with my food it was not edible whatsoever. I ordered tacos & they were as though they dunked them in oil & put them in the bag. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST & RUDEST JACK N THE BOX RESTAURANT!!! And I tried calling & calling but their phone would go straight to a FAX machine. The next morning I took the oily mess back to them. I asked to speak to the manager & was told he wasn’t there. Then I asked for the managers phone # & was told “is there a problem” I said yes I need a manager & they same person that just told me there was no manager there said “I’m a manager”, ( it was a female foreigner working the drive thru ). I have tried on several occasions to eat at the store in Bullhead City AZ and every time my order is wrong. I ask for no ketchup for I have real bad allergies and my order is always wrong. I quit going there for probably 4 months then got dragged in there with friends so I spoke to the manager. I complained about the burger being wrong and the manager heard me. They fixed the meal an said where so sorry . Since then I have gone back twice an each time my meal was wrong . This just happened again . This time at 1045 pm . I said twice no ketchup . He rang it up that way . Got to the window an told cashier no ketchup right an he said yes he made sure of it . So this pictures shows that again it was wrong.
