Pro-Fit-Kitchin — Restaurant in Bullhead City

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Pro-Fit-Kitchen in Bullhead City. I was traveling in to visit family and needed to take care of an entire day's worth of meals to track my macros/calories and didn't feel like doing the cooking my own since I was on vacation. I also needed a dose of creatine without traveling with it or buying it in bulk at my destination. I came across this place during a google search prior to traveling. I showed up shortly after opening and I was shocked to find only one other customer. Being a holiday weekend I figured they would be packed. Ava and Storri, the two awesome girls working that morning were extremely welcoming and friendly and patient with me. I had one question about the calorie count for their MCT oil add on to my protein shake and they got the answer right away. I love that this place has macro counts for protein/carbs/fats and calorie hits right there on the menu and website. It takes all the pain points of eating out away. If only every restaurant had that on the menu.

I ordered the Garden Fresh Bowl for dine in that morning and it was hot and delicious. While I was eating they prepared my to-go items: I got the El Grande Jesse bowl and everything in that just works well and was tasty. I got The Beast-aka FOX protein shake with add in Creatine, Glutamine and MCT oil. The shake was a delicious chocolate and peanut butter creation with coconut and flaxseed.

The portions of all these meals is impressive and I was feeling full after each. They have pictures on their website of all menu items and they actually serve you what you see in those pictures. It's nice when the plate in front of you matches what they advertise. That's pretty rare in my dining experience. The menu is quite extensive as well. I hope they expand out of state soon! I'll be back next time...

I’m still waiting on a refund. The owner is aware, so hopefully won’t take too long to try and make that right.

Finally got the refund. Changed my rating from 2 to 1 star. The hassle of the continuous back and forth to get more than just lip service was just too much. Shame, this place seemed to have potential, but lost it on customer service a second time…

The restaurant did some meal prep for me when I was doing a fitness competition. They ended up messing up some important prep work. And not prepping an entire weeks meals. Not cool considering what the owner knew what I was prepping for. I ended up giving them another chance.

And here we are again. Just subpar everything. Lessons learned. Not a happy ex-Pro-Fit-Kitchiner. Best of luck if you try them out.

If you’re visiting from the Vegas area this is almost like an unenfranchised PROTEINHOUSE...

First of all the customer service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu items. Second, 3 of us picky eaters had 0 complaints on the dishes themselves. Uncle had a burger which he had never tasted any kind of meat like the one they served him. It was fresh and very flavorful. Father had a salmon bowl which you enjoyed every bite. I had a chicken bowl which was very simple with chicken, rice, and a few greens. Very delicious the flavors were so fresh you could slap your momma. The chef/owner also came out and greeted us very politely and asked for our opinion. He even gave us a sample of their fresh whipped cream which was absolutely delicious, keep in mind thats coming from a non sweets guy. 10/10 would recommend and 100% will be coming back! Thank you to the friendly staff that made it a great experience. Inside and out was very clean and satisfying to enjoy...
