MVD-Bullhead City — Local services in Bullhead City

Kudos to all the employees at Bullhead City MVD! My husband and I made appointments to renew our drivers license yesterday. In the midst of the covid restrictions the employees at Bullhead MVD were polite, helpful and had great "people person" attitudes. The inside signage was simple and to the point...one line for information and the second for those who had appointments. We got our eye tests and pictures taken at the counter, got our number and only waited a short time till our number was called. Manny was the gentleman who took care of us. Although it was getting busy (as we could see the people in line), Manny was very professional and answered the questions we had. Thank you Manny! I would like to mention that while our interaction was with the nice lady at the front desk and with Manny, while we were awaiting our number to be called, all the employees we observed had the same professional attitude. Over the years we have been to multiple MVDs or DMVs throughout the country and to several here in AZ....this location by far has the best employees. Must be the warer...kidding....

It's the DMV so it's one of those situations where giving a positive review seems somehow wrong... lol but honestly I had as good of an experience as you could have at the DMV... The fact that I'm listening to the song "DMV" by Primus might possibly be influencing my rating....lol... Not only is it the reason I decided to write this review, it's also had me laughing while writing it... So I absolutely recommend listening to Primus "DMV" and if you need to go to a DMV then I would recommend this one. The staff was extremely helpful and the person who helped me was very friendly and a true professional and very knowledgeable. I had several issues that were anything but standard and he was able to find a solution for everyone and answered all my questions. Although it was rather busy when I arrived, I didnt have to wait long. I was able to accomplish everything I went there to do so, all jokes aside this was one of my best trips to the DMV. Oh and the a/c works great inside so not a bad place to be on a hot afternoon...

My husband and went to update our license plates. No hassle no problems. The young man we spoke with was friendly but quiet. Maybe because it was close to the end of the day and he was tired. Which, I completely understand working for the government for over 20 years. However, I need to go back and update my drivers license tomorrow as I forgot some information to bring. Over all was a good experience. UPDATE: Came back the other day to do our driver's license. Waited in line for about 10 minutes give or take a minute. Sat with Rebecca. GREAT FRIENDLY PERSON. We were with her for awhile. She took great care of us and was fast despite we kept her there for while and my husband made her laugh. Had no problems just saw a customer coming in yelling and every one there was cool. That yelling customer should of read the instructions better before coming in, as its Not there fault. Would...
