Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bullhead City

When there is a problem the management handles it with courtesy and professionalism. The problem is that there is ALWAYS a problem. Food is consistently made incorrectly and too often in the drive thru the wrong order is received. But, this location's worst enemy is the initial contact with the order taker, one young lady in particular who makes comments to customers that are highly inappropriate and displays mannerisms that are disturbing like putting her fingers in her mouth while taking orders and then proceeding to touch cups she hands to the customer. Two days ago she pulled up her shirt collar to wipe her mouth in the middle of taking an order in front of a line of guests. All noticed. We walked out and will never return again as long as she is employed. We have brought this to the Management's attention personally during a previous visit yet there she was once again displaying the same disgusting behaviors and making the same comments to customers. Went here 3 days ago, was really hungry, went through the dri e through. They immediately took my order prices was fair. Once I pulled around there was one car in front of me. This day is was 118 outside, after waiting about 15 min NY air conditioning was no longer blowing cold and it was HOT I waited another 5 minutes because why not busy pull the person in front around and bring their food out, that's what all other fast food drive through do. Any how I ended up having to call them and ask them if they could just get me out of the line. Instead of pulling the one car in front of me around they have the poor little old lady back out and she had a very hard time. Long story short I waited over 20 min for a burrito I never got. I will never eat there again. They took care of every single vehicle in drive-thru before they made my order which was just one burrito it took over 16 minutes. I was going to drive in drive through behind a black blazer. And the line was so backed up though. I went inside mind you that black blazer had not even placed its order yet cuz the line was so long. After I place my order inside just a few minutes later the black blazer got its order and left and several other cars behind it and here I had already placed my order and had to wait. There's a lot of upset customers in there waiting I've never seen such lousy service in my life. They will definitely not get mine or my family's business ever again.
