Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bulverde

HUGE Domino's Fan, horrible location. Last 3 times I tried to place an order I was called back 15 min later for them to tell me they were busy and it would take 2+ hours to get the pizza. The last time this happened I called back to cancel my order and was placed on hold for over 15 min, using a different cell phone I called the store and they pick up right away asking me what I want to order. No mention of a delay... just a what can I get you message... ohh all while my other cell phone is STILL on hold. Ridicules, I hate that I will have to order from a different pizza provider but I am done dealing with them.

Almost 6 month pass and I diceded to try carry out, this place is loosing at least 40% of their business just while I was sitting here waiting for my pizza. The lady who placed her order ahead of me was quoted an hour for carryout. When I got up next, I asked is it really that long of a wait for carryout? The chashier said she would hook me up, pulled my ticket order and moved it to the front of the line. People are calling and they are giving them 3 hour waits and they just hang up. Carry out orders are coming in and are getting quoted 1 hour or more wait. Seems like a bunch of kids running the place with no order. They really need to make some changes to allow them to get more orders done. They are loosing TONS of money and loosing custmers left and right. This are is growing too so it's only going...

I placed an order online on 10-31-24, It showed to be put in & started on at 8:03 pm & it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got there 12 minutes later & they hadn't even finished making them & put them to cook. The screen said 9 minutes til they were ready for me. NO that was NOT the case . I got them around 8:40 . The younger guy proceeded to charge me , so I told him there should be a discount of some sort for y'all taking 30 minutes to make it & serve me . Then an older guy said we are 1 to 1 1/2 hours behind on our orders, since it's a holiday. I told him then that's what y'all should put online he just answered those orders do not come directly to our store they go to corporate or something like that. They were more worried about all the deliveries & not carry outs . They were all confused on orders & kept having to start over on several . Very unorganized place. If it were not because it was late & I was traveling in to town , I would have left the place without the pizza. Pizza that mind you was not even good after all that . Will not be ordering from them any more & recommend y'all Do Not either. One of the workers raised her voice to the older guy & said to him I'm telling you we did make those pizzas but someone is taking the wrong orders for delivery. Elder guy had Very Bad Manners for all of us guests who came...

Ordered pizza online at 5:34pm. I called at 6:40pm to check on the pizza. Phone was answered at 7:02pm. Yes I was on hold the whole time! They asked if anyone had called to explain the delay. Obviously not I called! I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I explained I was already on my way because of the phone call delay and would be there I 10 minutes. I arrived at 7:07pm. She had not even handed my order to the back until I arrived. I watched her. This is poorly managed! And it is a MONDAY!!!!!! I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE!!!!

Update: I arrived home literally 2 hours and 15 minutes after I ordered to find no marinara sauce inside that I had to pay $0.99 for. The cheese bread barely had cheese in it. The jalapeno chicken barely had any chicken in it. I have to say when I left with the food the girl at the counter did say I could have a couple of drinks for my trouble. It was a kind gesture but a little too late. Do yourself a favor and find another...
