Great American Cookies — Local services in Bulverde

We are regular customers but I do not know for how long! There is this rude girl that seems to wait on customers who seems to not care how she handles or cares about what the customers want!

It was my birthday on June 18th, my family went there to grab our usual that evening around 7 - 7:30 and this girl was just very rude to my children; once again it happened, we had the same encounter with this girl on June 21st around the same time who was not only rude to us but rude to one of the other co-workers who seems to be fairly new and was trying her best to accommodate us, so thank you to this new girl!

I came to order a cookie cake last night 10-23 kind of last minute. The woman working was polite and accommodating. I was running last minute tasks to prepare for a birthday. Time ran a little (not much longer) late, I came back to check progress understandably as a rush had come in. I watched her take careful care of guests that came in and she worked so vigilantly to get our cake done and to expectations. The joy on all our faces of the specialty cake design was so worth coming to your location. Thank you for the best birthday cookie cake!!! The worker I could tell was busy but she handled it so well and our cake was perfect....

Went in last night for some ice cream with my wife and her mango sherbet didn't taste right. I thought it was the odd looking granola she added to it so we went back and asked for a new scoop minus the granola powder. I was willing to pay for it since I thought it was the granola and did, but even then it didn't taste right and she said it just wasn't right, the consistency was off and maybe it was just a bad batch. But after paying for it and voicing the issue, the employees didn't show any interest in responding to the concern so we left. $12 later, no ice cream...
