Arby's — Restaurant in Burien

It's Arby's, the manager hates you, you're a burden for giving them business, go eat somewhere else. Super rude, when asked for the managers name she claimed "I can't give that to you" because she knew I wanted it to complain. Lupe didn't realize her name is on the receipt though. She was very rude and condescending to her employees, she told them to give us medium drinks because they were out of large and then refused when we asked if could get 2 mediums instead since we got charged as if large. I know its only like a dollar but it's the principle. We also had two orders in the car, we were waiting for the second and she walks up to the window and says "leave now" and thankfully the young man cashiering, who deserves a raise for having to put up with that witch and being just a nice genuine helpful dude goes "they have a second order" she insisted we didn't and said "they have everything though" to the kid who explained "no, they had two orders, they are waiting for the second" and he has to physically show her on the screen and then she glared at all of us and the employee like she wasn't the one who messed up. Food was alright, cheesy meat and fries, not even they could...

Wow. Really good French dip sandwiches. Really good crispy big fish piece sandwiches . Really good Reuben sandwich

Flavor, freshness, tenderness, juiciness ,variety of available of add on sauces, good service make the whole eating experience very enjoyable.

Their other sandwiches are also delicious, and mouth watering. Like the steak/Cheese Sandwich

Arby's sandwiches alone are big & filling ,and satisfying, before even sipping on drinks , or eating the side order of fries . Not like other Hamburger places pay high prices, eat & drink their full meal, and still hungery

As we walked in, my husband and I were the only ones at the counter or eating area. As we looked at the menu there were two women employees involved in a personal conversation, that totally ignored us. The one with headphones even moved so she thought we couldn't see her. We did. And we continued to wait to be waited on. We were totally ignored. After waiting for their conversation to be over, the one with headphones finally came over and took our order. We recieved a partially filled large curly fries order that was mostly nibs and they were cold. Not refrigerator cold, but not even close to being somewhat fresh. When I tried to comment, the women said she was busy? What?! Where? If they had been busy the fries would have been hot, and not a shortage of them. Busy? With her private conversation? We were treated with purposeful rudeness and dilerberatly ignoring our presence. My husband or I, were never rude or demanding at, or to you. You were extremely Unprofessional, and inhospitable. It wasn't even you who made us a fresh order of curly fries, it was one of the young men in the back. What do your co-workers...
