I rarely come to this location due to the poor service I always receive. This time will be the last time I will come due to the LAST terrible experience I just received. To begin with, the workers are very rude. I walked in and was not even greeted (keep in mind, there are THREE employees standing doing nothing), but instead was recieved with an eye roll. Secondly, the cashier had a very nasty attitude and proceeded to cut me off several times while in the middle of my order by saying, "okay, is that all now?" (There were no other customers!) To top it all off, I was overcharged several dollars with my order. When I asked if the particular smoothies I ordered were on the $5 Friday deal due to the high price, the cashier answered very condescendly, "yeah, why? Does it not say it on there or what?" The other two employees were looking, smickering, rolling their eyes and continued to say derogatory things. Never again will I come back to this location. I just wanted to order my smoothies...

When i called for a remake, she hung up on me the second time; then smirked and said we had a disconnect. She is happy bc she knows she can’t get fired, as it’s family owned. She laughed saying, i’ve already called corporate office for you too. She has the nastiest attitude, along w/ the other older lady. We pay a lot of money for our drink, make it taste like it cost $10.00 bucks. I’ve witnessed other people arguing w/ her bc she has the worst attitude. I will never step foot in here. Read moreHave frequented this Smoothie King post workout the past 3 wks. They are usually busy but get the job done. Today the woman who took my order was put out that at time of paying I realized I didn’t order my usual smoothie, and asked to reimburse me to place a new order. She was obviously put out. Evidently just gave me cash back for the difference in price. I was apologetic but her response was not forgiving. Then when I sat down waiting I saw her telling the young man making the smoothies what I had done, again I just wanted to shrink and hide.
