I'm pregnant and was craving mcdonalds for the first time in years, decided to stop by last night and placed my order on the app as we were pulling up to (hopefully) make the process easier. We pull up to the speaker and we are asked to wait one moment which is no problem and expected in a lot of drive thrus. We then wait for 10 minutes during which time another car pulls up to the speaker next us. When we finally have a voice through the speaker, the old man next to us gets mad that they speak to us first (even though we were there first) and pulls ahead of us in line. They tell us to go ahead and pull to the second window, but the man in front of us goes ahead and both places his order and pays at the second window, while we are waiting for about another 10 minutes behind him in the line after getting told to pull forward. Finally after about 20 minutes of waiting we make it to the window and it's pretty apparent that our order was made when I placed the order pulling up, the fries were cold and when I asked for fresh fries I got an attitude from the worker who huffed and said "it's gonna be an extra 3.5 minutes" and seeing as I had already waited over 20, I didn't mind that. She told us to pull forward (we were still waiting on our second drink) so we were at the window for several minutes more before getting my watered down sprite, then pulled ahead to the 3rd window and waited over 6 minutes for my finally fresh fries. I understand that sometimes places are short staffed and stressed out, but they should have told that guy who cut in line to go back to the speaker and wait his turn, they shouldn't have been so rude to my husband and I, and the ONLY person who was even slightly apologetic was the man who brought us our fries at the very end. I have not been to mcdonalds in years and this assured it will be years again...
Read moreI don’t usually post reviews but this McDonald’s has messed up my order multiple times. I wanted a smoothie this time, came FOR the mango pineapple smoothie I always want. I ordered through the kiosk, if somethings out of stock it says it on the screen. I ordered my smoothie with some food and light whipped cream. They called my order, I went up. The drink isn’t there. So someone asks me if somethings wrong and I’m like “yeah, I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie with light whipped cream.” And he goes to get it. He comes back with a large strawberry banana smoothie.. no whip. I’m like “I’m sorry if I mis-spoke, I meant a large mango pineapple smoothie with light whipped cream.” So he goes back, then comes back with a redhead and she says they don’t have mango. I’m like wtf, the kiosk didn’t say that, but I’m standing there, looking like an idiot in shock because I just wanted my damn smoothie because the other place I go to is closed. So he says “do you want this or not?” And puts the smoothie out for me. I’m like.. “yeah, I’ll just take it.” Because I don’t want to go through the struggle of dealing with a refund after this. I’m staring at the redhead because the way she’s looking at me is scary. Then she says “have a great day.” In the flattest tone possible and then I turn to leave and tell them to have a great day too. Btw I’ve never drank Strawberry banana smoothies, I gave it to my friend.
Don’t come here. They messed up putting one slice of cheese on my McChicken once, didn’t care that much but...
Read moreI can't say how many times at night that I've gone through this drive thru and been told that I can't get a shake or a Frappe because their machine is either down for cleaning, isn't working, or it simply was shut down for the night. One day I spoke with the store manager and he told me that it should never be shut down and if it continues to happen than to please give him a call. Well here we are probably a year later after speaking to him and it has continued to happen at least every other trip we make. Well tonight we were told there was no mocha, always something. But they can make a caramel. Guess I need to make that call. Thanks, night crew for the repeated disappointments!! Oh and one last little note, they are really slow tonight, we've been sitting here about 20+ minutes since we pulled to give our order. At least 5 cars have pulled out of line while we've been waiting. Okay, now 6, 7, oh wow, 8 and they're all going across the street to Taco Bell. If I hadn't already eaten at Taco bell today I'd be right behind them. The photo is the girl getting the machine ready for our frappes, then she gives us the order and says have a good night but didn't gives us the frappes or the 20 piece nuggets we ordered so we had to ask for them. What an experience!! Just got home and after all that there was still 2 sandwiches (filet o'fish) missing. I tried calling them to let them know and no one answered the phone. I'll be calling tomorrow now for several reasons....
