I have just had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had dining in a restaurant. I came with a party of six. It took over an hour for us to get our drink orders. Our food came out with multiple errors. The waitress only came to our table about ever twenty minutes. We never got refills on our drinks. When I was time to pay, I had a coupon on my phone. The waitress asked to take my phone to enter the coupon code. She came back about five minutes later and stated that they could not accept the coupon “because it didn’t time out”. I asked to speak with the manager. When the manager came to our table, she could not explain why my coupon could not be accepted. The manager and waitress walked off with no resolve to my issue. About five minutes later, the waitress walked back and looked at me with a “why are you still here” look on her face. I asked if the issue was fixed with the discount. She stated that the coupon could not be used. I decided to just go ahead and use another coupon for $10.00 off of the meal. The waitress stated that she will take my phone again to enter the coupon. I informed the waitress that I would like for the manager to come out to take the coupon since there was an issue with the last coupon. The waitress stated that the manager was “busy” and that she could take my phone as she had done the first time. I let the waitress know that I would wait for the manager so there would not be any confusion. The manger never came back to my table because “she was busy”. The waitress tried to give me a $10 dollar bill so I would not use the coupon, but I insisted on using my coupon. I no longer trusted the staff after the whole situation, so I wanted to make sure that the discount showed on my receipt (in case my card was charged an incorrect total later). The owner finally took off $10.00 so that it could reflect on the coupon. The owner lied, the waitress lied, and the manger decided that she did not want to fix the issue due to pride. I will never set foot in this restaurant again. If you want good costumer service, you may want to try many of the other Italian restaurants...
Read moreI have to agree with the other poor reviews on service, race, and management. I have been ordering pizza from this place for a long while now. It's a great deal for a large one topping. Which totals to $10.62. However the past 7 times I've ordered, someone is telling me that my half pepperoni half ham is $17+. Mind you I have always ordered half ham half pepperoni for $10.62. They always put me on hold then and ask someone who comes back and sorts it out. Then they apologize for the inconvenience. Leaving me paying said $10.62. It's a special. However, today with no manager on duty according to "Kim" and further said she is the best they have for manager at the moment, they were trying to charge me the $17+. Let me tell you, no friendly faces, no wanting to help the customer amicably just cold see through you glares. Just apologized for all their other employees who according to them have been ringing me up wrong. Mind you, they always have a sign up that they are hiring. Anyways, the Kim said, not to me but to the cashier, to just ring it up and they will deal with it later. Well, this was my last straw with them. I explained that I have always paid the lower price and someone is always trying to get me to pay the higher and then they go get someone who rings it up correctly. Then I pay the $10.62 and notice that the Kim is going to the back also to put in the order. It just didn't sit well with me as she wasn't pleasant and I sure don't want my children eating food that has been tampered with. At that moment, I heard another employee say, with laughter in her own voice, out loud to a customer, "that's a racist thing to say!" I looked up at that moment as the two chuckle and the racist customer and my eyes meet. Right away I told the cashier to cancel my order, that I no longer want it. So I have to agree with a previous review that if you are a certain color then the service may be good. But sadly, even bad reviews received from those of the "privileged" color. Read moreCalled to make a reservation. Wanted to surprise the wife with a special night. Wine menu online is out dated but found a decent Chianti that was on the menu and in stock, or so we thought. Upon arrival, we announced we had reservations. The hostess made us wait while she cleaned the table used by customers who just left. Now call me crazy but I thought reservations meant the table would be ready and available when you arrive, ON TIME!. Waitress serving us was underage so a "legal" server poured the wine. We never got to taste it or even see if it was even what we ordered. She poured two glasses and walked off. She seemed rather put out that she had to do that. Ordered chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti. When plate arrived, poured about 8 ounces of water from the pasta. The chicken was good but the pasta was cold. Then we learned we didn't get the wine we ordered. Owner came over with all kinds of excuses and a sob story about his help. Not my problem. We did find out that the wine was a whole lot more than what we thought. He gave us the wine for the price we thought we were paying.
