The Outpost Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Burlington

The Bartender was very nice!! There were other employees that came across extremely hostile, not sure why. It made the trip very uncomfortable. The chicken salad was amazing with a ton of chicken! The fried taco could have used some more meat!

Sure, I can elaborate. When we arrived the kitchen door was open(no biggy!) The female in there started speaking and seemed passionate. We looked and honestly couldnt figure out if she was upset to us, talking with other people or what was going on. My family was confused. We did glance back a few times..the female then slammed the kitchen door pointedly. We did order food. The food was brougbt by same female...no niceties or politeness, even when thanks were given. Then there were fun random looks while playing pool...We were quite confused and uncomfortable. We had not been to a bar in quite some time and were just trying to teach our teens...

So I stopped here because it's the first place I've seen in the SW on a Saturday night, with a mixed crowd of people. Now when I say mixed crowd I mean Black folks, Mexican folks, White folks, Asian folks, native folks. You never know what you're going to get. But I like that that's how places all over the Southwest should be especially in Burlington! They did have a DJ but I don't know if they're still doing that. When they did the music was popping and it had a nice little crowd gettin it on the dance floor. They also have two pool tables and a back patio. Drinks aren't overly expensive that's...

Music was all over the place in genres. Beer was cheap.

Im going to edit this to review for clarification. The table and bar was clean. But I looked up and the ceiling vents were caked with dust. It was just off purring. The service was good.
