Order an old timer hamburger burger was raw fries was all bits and small pieces ask for Manager was told he'd be over in a few By then our waitress already came back after having food for about ten minutes She was taking care of it he got there said nothing just stood there She ask him to take care of it He took the plate added another hamburger to our bill acted like we were a bother I get the new burger smashed all you taste was mustard horrible My wife was paying the bill more money was added the waitress said burger was on there twice she did take it off At the end he came over I told him my disappointment on my meal I got o well have a nice day he then said would you like a bag of chips to take home I said no I wanted my burger cooked right But he showed me Complain you get it worse

The waitress was nice My problem with the cook and the manager and for an odd reason I think the.manager was the original person to cook it Just the way he acted afterwards my original burger was thick and my burger I got was flat as a pancake What I think he did was take the original after it sat there cook it again and flatten it out and added more mustard all you could taste was mustard and burnt burger If we didn't notice we got billed twice for one burger we would of paid double I told the manager wouldn't that be stealing The male manager called me buddy buddy were not stealing your money One I'm not your buddy 2 what is it called then All the bad reviews I see now on here Food raw...

We came here to celebrate our niece’s 13th birthday, as well as another family birthday, and the experience started off on the wrong foot because of our server. My boyfriend and I arrived first and were seated at a table for six right by the doors. Once everyone arrived, it was obvious the table was way too tight for us to sit comfortably. We even pointed out a larger table across from us and politely asked if we could move there. Our server’s entire demeanor changed. She dismissed us by saying “well, it’s only a little bit bigger,” then walked away and was never seen again. No apology, no follow-up, nothing.

She didn’t even offer to help move our appetizers or drinks, which isn’t the end of the world, but the attitude was completely uncalled for. Half of our group is autistic, and the way we were treated made everyone feel on edge for the rest of the meal and that is unacceptable.

We had told the host at the beginning that we were celebrating two birthdays, and that was completely ignored. To make it worse, when we later mentioned the server’s behavior to a different host on our way out, she rolled her eyes. That told us everything we needed to know about how little this restaurant cares about its guests.

We didn’t bother asking for a manager because, honestly, who wants a coupon to come back after an experience like that? Birthdays and family dinners should feel welcoming, not ruined by dismissive and...

Hasn't been to a Chili's location in a long time and it just so happened that there was one a few miles away from our destination. I made a reservation online and we headed there. I feel fortunate that our reservation worked because it seemed like whatever system they used was not having a good night because in the time we sat there waiting I heard a few phone calls and interactions with arriving guests that made it sound like getting a reservation to stick was a roll if the dice. While the food was decent and the server, who might of been having an off night because she was over sat, was very friendly I should of just bailed from how dirty the table/booth was that we were seated at. I've eaten out a ton and worked in food service for 28 years and this table was simply horrible. The hostess said something about how she had just cleaned it as we sat down. Well my arms stuck to the able as I tried to maneuver into rhe large corner booth. No sanitizer was going to help this table. So many restaurants and businesses are going above and beyond when it comes to cleaning that it is inexcusable that this location wouldn't do more to clean and sanitize their establishment. We had waited to long to eat and it was too late to drive elsewhere to find somewhere to eat but I'll certainly remember this experience and take my business somewhere else...
