Horrible service from whoever was taking my order through the "drive thru" and the person who was supposed to bring the food out to my car. It was a pretty big order, 31 dollars worth of food and beverages. As I went on ordering my food I could sense the person taking my order get annoyed by how large my order was. I asked for 2 chocolate milks and advised that'll be all. She comes on the mic 10 seconds later "is that it?" I said yes and an awkward silence again ensued and I figured I should just move up to the window. I was given my drinks at the window and was asked to move to the lot and wait for someone to come out and bring my order to me. 20 minutes passed and no one ever even peeked out the door. I go inside finally and see two bags sitting at the counter and someone comes up to me and tells me she thought I left while laughing. It's $31 dollars worth of food and I'm going to leave without it? The entire front of the business is huge windows it's not like I was in a blind spot. The food was cold the coffees were cold by then. Whoever that was on the mic and who laughed at me saying she thought I left was obviously having a miserable morning and wanted to share that energy with others. I however took my food and heated it up at the office and went on to have a great day. I did make it a point to take a reprint of my receipt so that I can write about this experience and you can explain yourself to your management. I hope you all have a merry holiday. Woman working the counter destroyed the magnetic strip on my debit card making my debit card completely worthless, and on top of that the woman didn't make my iced coffee correctly. I called the phone # on the receipt and spoke with the manager Stacy McConahey who refunded my purchased back to me and was dressed in flip flops and socks and working around food! Idk what’s going on & why they’re closed, but I didn’t know that when I got there. There’s just barrels at the front & end of the drive thru. So we went to go inside. There was a padlock on the door handle. But people were sitting inside so I didn’t think they were closed inside. As soon as I opened the door the people sitting said they were closed.
