The Original Mattress Factory — Local services in Butler Township

I would never buy from this company. My parents decided to purchase the mattress they tried in the show room even though they were not sure about it. They were told if they don't like it they can always exchange it. They have non instock in the store so they drove to Pittsburgh to pick up at the warehouse. The very first night & very first hour they laid on it, they said it was entirely to hard it felt like sleeping on a box spring, at one point they got up to look and make sure it was even a mattress. They ended up going to the spare bedroom to sleep cause it was to hard hurting their backs. The very next morning went back to the store to see about returning it did not work out . They were told they do not return them, once you buy it, it's yours to keep. They asked about exchanging. They said they could exchange for a different one only 1 time & there would be a restocking fee they would have to pay. And they would have to pain the extra for the mattress they pick out. They said it felt nothing like the display. They even tried display again and it felt softer. They were told the displays are broken in and will feel different & they change the mattress on display every few months. So basically in a few months of using the mattress it will feel different from when you buy it. They obviously don't stand behind there products, if you are not satisfied after one night of a few hours of laying on it , that's the first sign of what kind of company they run. So buyer beware, if you buy from them you better make sure it's what you want cause you are stuck with it. After wasting money there, they found a mattress 100× better on sale at Boscovs , with a warranty & a guarantee that if they were not satisfied they could bring it back. Since their purchase, they have heard from many other people that , Original Mattress Factory, is not all they are cut up to be. After searching and shopping for exactly what I wanted it was getting very frustrating due to pushy uneducated salesman, I stopped at The Original Mattress Factory in butler. Within a short time I realized I was at the right place. The salesman was interested in what my needs were and how he could fulfill them. Rather than a fake sales pitch. After searching far and wide for a king mattress I finally found these guys. Great product and no games. Their price is what it is...always. Other places play the shell game, but not here.
