We went in to the Caldwell store to order wings for the first time....We were looking forward to boneless hot wings and that is what we ordered. The Lady that took our order (supposedly the "manager") has absolutely no idea what good customer service means! She took the order without explaining that they do NOT OFFER boneless hot wings instead she just took the order guessing we would be OK with just plain chicken tenders with absolutely NO sauce on them....She asked what dipping sauce we wanted and of coarse like most people we wanted ranch with our boneless hot wings. We get home anxious to eat and guess what?! We got 2 boxes of just chicken tenders with ranch dipping sauce....Not hot wings....No sauce on them just chicken! We call back to complain and the lady instead of trying to make it right and giving us some good customer service she excuses her self by saying she ordered what we asked for...That it was not her fault we didn't know that they do not offer boneless hot wings....It's frustrating to know that if the people running this place have no idea how to treat a customer what can you expect from the rest of the staff? The best thing she could have done was fist of all apologize for the misunderstanding since she is the one that works there and knows or should know what exactly they offer and knowing we wanted hot wings she could have explained that their boneless wings DO NOT come with sauce on them! Second try to make it right since the responsibility falls on her when she didn't explain that they don't offer what we wanted...She did none of that....She instead defended herself and did nothing to make it right...Never going there again! Who ever is in charge of her needs to fix that problem...Or train her in real...
Read moreI’ve reviewed before but I ordered online and walked in last night. They got everything right expect my pasta bowl as always. Every single time I order this thing they make it wrong! They fixed it and made it again but why is no one paying attention to the “special instructions” tab. Why aren’t they labeling the food anymore? There used to be a sticker maker with labels for all the staff to see and now they don’t use it. Never get orders wrong when you see what is in the order about 16 different times. I have no idea what’s happening around here but this is getting old. This is I think the 6th (I think) order from here and it’s still wrong. Yes I could just stop coming here but I’m trying to let the staff work it out and fix it but seems like that’s not happening. I don’t want to take the survey again no I don’t feel like talking with the manager again. I’m pretty sure at this point the manager should know me by name but obviously cant be bothered to remember. Tired of always getting “we will remake it” just make it right. How about pay attention to the screen and you wouldn’t have to take time out of everyone’s day...
Read moreWe have been ordering from this location for years. Never had any issues. But our last two orders have had the same mistake each time. We order a couple pizza's with no red sauce sub garlic. And each order that has not been done. First time. I let it go because they were exceptionally busy and mistakes happen. But when on my next order. The exact same mistake was made. That's not a mistake. That's not reading your orders.
I called and explained. I received no apology or anything like that when I stated it was due to allergy reasons. She just said we can remake it and pick it up in 15.
When I picked up the order again. No sign of any apology or sympathy. Just "here you go." And she turned around and walked off.
There is a big difference between the environment and atmosphere between the day shift and the night shift. The day shift says thank you, they recognize regulars and say things like see you next week. Etc. The night shift barely acknowledges your presence. The children working there and in charge there are in no way concerned about providing a good...
