Normally, I do not have any issues at this location. They are fast (convenient since I only stop here on my way to work), consistent, and friendly. I've learned you need to specifically ask for liquid cane sugar unless you want crystalized sugar in your iced coffee. This seems to be the only location that I've had to specifically ask for this. But before I came to work today (11/24) I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel and white chocolate flavor, add cream and liquid cane sugar. I expected to get just that because they have not disappointed. I haven't had any reasons to double check their work. I paid for my order using the app and skipped out on my receipt, as I was in a hurry to get to work. Once I drove off and was already at least a mile or so away, I decided to try my coffee.... it was NOT at all what I ordered. I thought maybe they just forgot the sugar because it wasnt sweet, but it didnt taste like caramel or white chocolate either. Turns out, there were 2 drive-thru stickers on my cup. I got the OTHER sticker's order. Truly disappointing. Read moreIt's a 1 star just because I couldnt go lower. My iced coffee was bland. I could have put ice in my cup of coffee at home it would have cost less and tasted better. I asked the girl brittany who was working the window, could i get it redone she said no. My sausage egg and cheese biscuit was still frozen. The only part was hot was the biscuit itself. When i took a bite. Frozen!!!! I called after work that day to request a refund. The shift manager said i need to bring the products back in to get a refund. ( First I have heard of that especially in a pandemic.) She was not nice at all. She said she would look at the cameras and make sure the coffee was made right and call me back. A few mins later she called me back said the coffee was made right and that she makes sure she lays out the food so it wouldn't be frozen. She offered me replacements. No thanks who wants bland coffee and a frozen sausage and egg on their hot biscuit? I highly recommend you go a few blocks down to Chick-fil-a!! Don't waste your time at this franchise!!! Read moreThe inconsistentity of this store drives me nuts.. the drinks are never made the same when i go, the staff is either rude or just bare minimum when it comes to service. Also apperantly its corporate policy that they don't fill up the drinks all the way and just add a certain amount of ice to make it seem full? ... I don't like all the ice melting and watering down my drinks so I always get light ice and I have been told several times that my drink won't be full if I don't get the right amount of ice lol... which.. is ridiculous to me that this company won't give you a full drink.
