This was the worst experience that I ever had. The manager was so rude in the beginning when I start going to the place it was nice recently. It was horrible. You had people standing for two hours for their cookies and the manager hung up on customers faces because they asked for, her name it was so bad and then she was throwing cookies at the people. The line was so long. We were talking to people that been there three hours. I ordered my cookies and I ordered my cookies at 4:50. They said someone picked up my cookies I wasn’t even there . She was so rude And had the audacity to roll her eyes when I was trying to ask questions I’m an older woman and I walk with a cane …. I was trying to give them a second chance because they messed up on my cookies prior and now this was unacceptable. People were upset. People were angry. She was so rude and she wouldn’t give us her name. And all she was saying was I wanna cry I’m overwhelmed. I wanna cry snapping it everybody this is not professional. I would not recommend that location. You have all these young people working there and they don’t know the value and integrity working for a corporation or company…. She knows she was wrong that’s why she wouldn’t give none of us her name. I was not the only one that was asking her name. They had DoorDash people waiting 45 minutes for order and still didn’t get The customer order I see people sitting outside saying oh we’re waiting for our cookies. It took so long that all the places that I wanted to go get food from because I didn’t feel like cooking had closed because I was up there waiting for my cookies. I received my cookies. at 9:20 PM, this is sad! It’ll be a long time in hell before I go to that place again and I would not recommend to no one maybe it’s a better Crumbl place somewhere else But I won’t go there no more and I was going there once a week buying a bunch of cookies I won’t do that...
Read moreCookies are okay. They are a nice treat once In a while. However the redlands,CA; has terrible customer service. Today is my birthday and I went in to use my voucher. My sister and I stood at the register for 5 minutes; had to ask for help. We were met with attitude ; saying we are very busy and can order everything through the kiosk. Barely any eye contact. When I informed him I had a voucher & can't use it through the kiosk. Was very pushy telling me it can be done. He ended up helping me complete the order( so the bad customer service was not necessary). when we asked for a manager we were told no manager was on duty. Received my order within 2 minutes so I was not sure why they said they were so busy. We asked the 2nd associate that gave us our cookies for the manager or supervisor. He told us he was the shift leader; we explained to him that we were told no management he just sighed and rolled his eyes. This was terrible way to be treated on my birthday. I was done with the situation. My sister tried to talk to him and get help. He didn't want to help. Allen threatened to call security multiple times(he even got in her face& she had to step back) & the first guy helped us even yelled at my sister. Another associate; a female helped my sister and had to tell the shift lead 3 times to stop talking to my sister. He did not want to give out names for management. ( said it was illegal to give out this information)
I'm just confused at people who want to be work in customer service and have no clue how to treat people or solve an issue. Cookie crumble needs to retrain...
Read moreI placed an order the night before, for 3 cookies and 3 cheesecakes to give to my sisters for Mexican Mothers Day. Pick up time was from 11:00a-11:30a. I arrived at 11:27am and was told they sold all of the cheesecakes earlier in the day and to come back in a few hours, roughly 1:30p. So, my husband and I waited around until 1:00p. I had a feeling something was off so I called and explained my situation and was told the cheesecakes weren’t going to be ready till 3:30 or 4p. I bit my tongue even though I was extremely upset. My order had been paid for the night before, I drove 30 minutes away to this specific Crumbl because the one closer to me was sold out. Then I find out that they pushed the time for them to be ready to later on in the day closer to evening?? I didn’t get mad at the employee because I didn’t think it would change anything. However, I don’t recommend putting in an orders it’s not like they hold it for you anyways… which is absurd because it is already paid for!
