Starbucks — Restaurant in California

The staff is courteous and friendly. I am very satisfied with the service here. So much so that I am willing to drive or even walk to this Starbucks as opposed the one closest my home which is only about a block away.

Something else that is fantastic about this location is the temperature: it's never excessively cold. In other locations it seems common practice to freeze the customers but here the temperature is dialed in just right.

The music is also not excessively loud. A big plus concerning the music: música en español - hasta cumbias escuche!

The interior was resigned recently and it paid off in a big way I think. It's a good looking interior.

This is my Starbucks of choice because of the great staff and because the dining area is dialed in just right. This is my study space of choice - it would be the library and it's quiet spaces but they have the bomb coffee at Starbucks so......

Went to Starbucks this morning with 3 differnt families and waited in line for almost 3 hours for seasonal cups to be told to come inside to pay by the barrista then for her to tell us oh wait another customer came at 4am then left then barely came back to get some and one of us had to give up our cups to this girl who didn't wait like we did it was unfair and unprofessional how they handled it and they weren't going to cash us out until we handed it over I am not one to cry over cups but we waited in line and we also bought drinks while we waited and we moved the line outside when they told us we couldn't wait inside we didn't know they can hold spots the barristas Kady, Kimberly, and Sam were so wrong on how they handled this or they should of informed us there was some sorta order they were going off. Ordered 2 dri k and 2 sandwiches. 1st drink someone stole so theybhad to remake and remade me the drink of the person who had stolen my drink. Whatever I was in a hurry and took it. Went to eat my sandwich and it was missing meat so I had to go back. Decided to get my son a drink, repeated myself 4 times and they still made it incorrectly. No receipts given so nothing can be done. Worst service from a starbucks ever. Cant even call and complain as they dont answer their phone. If you dont like the job you have and dont want to do it right then get another job. Starbucks isnt cheap so to have a bad experience twice in less then 30 minutes is really maddening.
