UPDATE: I had the opportunity to encounter with the location manager last week, CJ. I finally ended up returning to have my coffee re-made. I've never returned in the past, so I was already nervous doing so. Well, CJ knew exactly who I was because he had let me know he saw my review, and he encouraged me to please go back any time my drink is not to my liking. He gave me a couple of courtesy cards to use for my future drinks to make up for my previous drinks. It's nice to know that they/He does care. I fail to mention in my original review that the staff here are always nice and polite and since this is my preferred location, most know me by name..if I had to walk in, they greet me and knows which drink I ordered without me having to say anything, that shows great customer service...or perhaps I have a drinking problem..addicted to Starbucks. *smirk Thank you CJ for making me feel that I do matter as a customer even though you have thousands of other customers. Keep up the great work!
ORIGINAL review: I have been coming to this location for many years as it is located conveniently on my way to work. I usually order from the app and drive thru to pick it up. I'd say more than half the time my drink is made correctly, but there have been many times when the taste is not consistent..either too sweet or I'm just tasting milk. Read moreSo I went here in the morning with my wife and son. We went through the drive thru. It took us a while due to there being 4 vehicles ahead of us. When I finally got to order they were just about out of all the breakfast sandwiches, but I was able to order a double bacon breakfast sandwich.
I eventually got to the window where I paid and was given our drinks. I then had to repeat the breakfast sandwich I paid for. I was then asked to pull forward and double park near the front door so they could serve the customers behind me and they would sent a Starbucks Partner out with my breakfast sandwich.
I pulled around and double parked. I had to double park because the small parking lot was full. I waited about 7 minutes and then a Starbucks Partner ran out with a breakfast sandwich in his hand, however upon his attempt to hand it to me he dropped it on the ground. Then he asked if I still wanted it.
I told him I did not want it after it had been on the ground. He then returned inside to make another one. I then waited another 6 minutes and finally got the breakfast sandwich I settled for since they were out of everything else.
It seamed like forever til we could leave this place. Then my wife told me we had been there almost 25 minutes.

Read moreNormally Starbucks would get 5 stars. I love there coffee and food but this time I was super disappointed. It all started with the rewards app not working. This was the 1st time I was using the rewards app and for some reason the gal at the register couldn't figure it out and so I used my Starbucks card. Then she tells me btw you don't get any rewards because you didn't use tye app! Then my son and I ordered 2 Gouda and cheese sandwiches. When we got them, the egg in both was super cold even though the rest was warm. Then I had ordered a Venti Vanilla Latte with 6 pumps of vanilla and whipped cream. When I took a drink and looked in the cup there wasn't any whipped cream. So I looked on the side of the cup to make sure the barista put it on my order and it was listed like i ordered it, only she also added no foam. I never said anything about no foam. I wanted to get our orders fixed and new sandwiches but they were busy and i didn't have time to wait. My son not only wouldn't eat the whole gouda and cheese sandwich but ye got a stomach ache from it. Little to say we won't be frequenting this location. Might even have to check out Dutch Bros or...
